Date of Stay:
December, 2007
The Courtyard at Hunt Valley gave us, for the second time, a great stay. If you'd like to go to Baltimore, but have no wish to stay downtown with the accrued costs of hotel parking and the traffic, this might be a great choice. The hotel is spotless and the staff very friendly; plenty of hot water and the beds and all the extra pillows are quite wonderful. I'd stay here again in an heartbeat. And as we are often in Baltimore, we will.

Safety, cleanliness, comfort and convenience. No refrigerator or microwave in bedrooms. The hotel was very convenient, located in a very nice business/residential area. Clean and comfortable, efficient for the business executive.

We had two rooms, one with a king bed and one with two queens. The beds were the most comfortable we have slept in while on the road! And this hotel has bedside lamps with outlets built into the base - no more moving a bed or unplugging a lamp or clock so you can use an outlet close to the bed. Thank you, Courtyard! The high-speed internet fired right up (the cable is in a plastic bag in the closet). We appreciated the "marketplace" in the lobby for late night snacking and sodas. We would have liked a full-service restaurant on-site, but the hotel is close to a mall and dining. The breakfast was OK, but the waffle maker wasn't working during our stay. The staff was helpful - a movie charge appeared on our bill for a time when we weren't even in the room and we had no problem getting the charge reversed. Refrigerators and microwaves in each room would have been nice, but a refrigerator was gladly provided for my medicine when I asked for it. We would definitely stay there again.

Very clean, roomy, convenient, and comfortable. I always enjoy staying there. It is close to everything but quiet. Right down the street is shopping and Wegmans.A great experience!

We were very happy with the hotel. It has the best handicapped bathroom we have ever had. The staff was pleasant, the only problem was that the wake up call never arrived. The hotel was also a nonsmoking facility and that is great.

Very clean quiet, and relaxing for a weekend away. There was nothingI disliked. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I plan to go there again.

Courtyard is consistently good. No business center with free printer. This Courtyard has the standard Courtyard layout, better breakfast, quiet rooms, apparently safe and a little out of the way.

Rooms were clean and nice. The bathroom was cold, needs heat lamp. This is the place to stay at. Will tell fellow workers.

Courtyard hotels are always what you expect. No business center with free computer copies.

Friendly, good coffee, quiet, clean, nice TV, great location. I have stayed here several times and I love being in a quality hotel right up the street from the Hunt Valley Mall at a great price.

Price. Too noisy. No security to take care of rowdy guests.

Adequate for our needs. The cleaning staff did not refill tissues, lotion on one day. It was fine.

Clean, close andconvenient! Only that we didn't have time for the amenities. Standard Marriott Courtyard, always nice.

Great staff, beautiful room, nice pool/weight room. Extended TV channels and free breakfast would be perfect. I was treated like a VIP, was inan executive king room, and, since the location is perfect for my appointments at Greenspring Station (10 minutes, no traffic), I will always try to stay here for my 3 to 4 trips per year.
Date of Stay:
August, 2008
Convenient. Small toilet. Convenient location, safe parking, and access.
Date of Stay:
July, 2008
Housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. Willing to bend rules to accommodate the guest. Not as fancy as some of the bigger hotels. A basic Marriott with standard amenities. The staff is very helpful and friendly. A small fitness center and restaurant. Convenient location by a large mall and about twenty minutes from downtown Baltimore.
Date of Stay:
July, 2008
Convenient to food and shopping. Close to destination we were visiting. Door key reader on side entrance to hotel was out of order from time to time. We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and neat. The hotel staff was friendly. Our room and the common areas were comfortable. I used the indoor swimming pool and thought the pool was clean and in excellent condition. I would stay here again without hesitation.

I loved how comfortable the bed was and its linens and pillows. The coffee mugs were dusty. The hotel was very satisfactory for my traveling needs. The bed was very comfortable and the linens and pillows were very nice.

Free coffee bar, breakfast bar, and courtyard. Carpets could have been cleaner, pool could have been cleaner. The hotel was hidden and hard to find. The staff was acceptable, but nothing to write home about. The room was average, but the sliding door out to the courtyard area was a nice touch. The courtyard and spa area was nice. The pool was small. There were signs pointing to vending that had no vending machines that way. The coffee bar was small but offered liquid non-dairy creamer which you rarely find in hotels, so thanks for that.

Efficient front desk staff. A little hard to find. Need more signs. Nice place to stay, quiet, but close to i-83. Attractive setting. Very clean room.
