I went to the hotel just to run away for a few days. I specifically picked this hotel because they have the most comfortable beds ever. Because I wasn't in town to do anything but relax, I was a bit disappointed in the television choices. The majority of the channels were either news or sports. There wasn't a guide for shows/times, only one that showed the different networks.

My room was ready and clean upon arrival and the staff very helpful and friendly.I would have liked either a minnie bar or refrigerator in the room but other than that the hotel served us fine...Since we were going on to a reception at a nearby country club the location could not have been more convenient..

There was a balcony in every room. No smoking but that isn't the hotel's fault. We were in Ohio! Overall I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and the people working there were very nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff was polite. Door opener (lock) was broken. Staff was helpful but due to broken lock got shut out of room and had to go to lobby twice. The staff tried to make up for it apologizing and gave us complimentary breakfast tickets.

Comfy bed, and refrigerator in room. No extra blankets in room, hair dryer in the closet,AC loud. The hotel was very nice, especially for what we paid. The room was clean, bed was comfy. No vending machines, just the market. Housekeeping failed to replace my coffee one morning. Breakfast buffet was very nice, but no tomato juice. Pool was cold for a heated indoor pool.
