7 mins from the Strip, really clean rooms, good value.

Very clean. Air conditioning work horrible. beds where uncomfortable compared to other Courtyards i have stayed at. The new quite style air conditions can not cool the size of room. It was 85 degrees in the room at 8pm and when we checked out at 5am it was 76 degrees.

We stayed at the Green Valley Courtyard for New Years Eve. Top notch staff, beautiful room, and a great experience. Highly recommend to everyone, and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I was in Vegas for a girls weekend away from the kids and husbands. It was a very nice hotel. Their is a shuttle that takes you to the strip and picks up up but only at certain times. The cabs from this hotel runs about 25.00 but if there is a group of people to split the bill it won't seem like that much. The business center and the laundry room came in very handy and very readily available when I needed it. Great place to stay id the strip is too crowede or too pricey.

Clean hotel, nice staff. Non smoking policy is way too restrictive. Overall, a nice place to stay for a budget minded traveler. It was close enough to our destination, far enough from the strip so it was nice and quiet.

I stayed at this hotel on business and thought this hotel was great. The rooms were recently renovated and are smoke free! In addition the staff was very attentive and the location was convenient to restaurants. The van shuttle service from the airport was also an added bonus.

Clean, close to shopping and restaurants. Some staff not real friendly. Good traveler hotel. Away from Las Vegas hustle and bustle. Not good for someone wanting to be near strip. Good location for stop over for people traveling through from Las Vegas.

Over all good hotel. Like that fact that there is computer that can use if needed. We really didn't get to stay to long at the hotel. We just really used it to nap and go. Our trip was very short.

The courtyard was very well designed and beautiful. Nothing. The front desk staff at the hotel were very friendly, I would rate them a 10, they are very nice, and seem to truly care about customers. My hotel room was spotless, with a nice deck overlooking the pool/spa/courtyard area which was in great condition and nicely designed. Overall a great hotel, that was better than some of the 4 and 5 star hotels I've stayed at.

Clean. Wait in line. Food pretty good, hotel bed, and hotel wasvery good.

It was a Marriott that had internet, fridges, and microwaves.

Staff wasvery friendly and helpful. Elevator closest to our room was out of service. It was very nice and clean. I'd stay there again.

Very clean & neat. Good dining very close by. Nothing. This hotel seems to get bad reviews because of nearby airport. We had no problem sleeping. Most people probably live on or near a noisier road or highway.

Convenient, friendly staff and good ambiance. Good priced hotel for family or business traveler. Has all the amenities that the average traveler requires to make a comfortable stay away from home.
Date of Stay:
April, 2009
Easy in; easy out, not the Vegas experience. Not Vegas. Cheap building with plenty of tackiness kept to a high degree of polish. Mechanical - not what people are looking for when visiting Vegas, however. Decent prices for weekender.
Date of Stay:
April, 2009
Clean, located near local restaurants, away from Strip. Great place if you are looking for nice, simple hotel away from the madness of the Vegas Strip. Supermarket across the street, nice local sushi place across street. Hotel very clean/maintained well, staff receptive.
Date of Stay:
April, 2009
Friendly staff. Not close to the airport. Room was quite small, things were clean, people were very friendly and I felt safe. Free coffee bar in the morning, accessible computer to print boarding passes.
Date of Stay:
April, 2009
Bed was comfortable. Could hear airplanes fly over, no balcony furniture. You have to drive about 1-2 miles to get to the strip. The planes fly over pretty frequently, which you can hear since this hotel is close to the airport. There is no balcony furniture.
Date of Stay:
April, 2009
The front desk staff was helpful. Dirty socks and wash cloths found in room under furniture. The hotel met our needs, though the dirty wash cloth and socks were a bit disappointing.
