Pleasant environment and clean. Great place to spend a few days. Clean throughout and beautiful outside grounds.

Value of hotel. A little hard to find. Old style Courtyard. I suspect they will need to upgrade in the next few years. Bathrooms and TV's wallpaper etc.

The bed was comfy. The hot tub was too hot. The Greenville Courtyard was fine, but unspectacular.

The location, outdoor courtyard and pool. Good hotel, well maintain with updated decorum. Good coffee and great mattresses.

It had nice curtains that kept the room dark. TheTV was in a weird position. It was a nice hotel, especially for the price. The location was convenient and we had no issues with quality or service.

Friendly staff, good location, close to downtown but not in a busy area. Only stayed one night but was very comfortable.

Friendly atmosphere. clean & spacious room. No frig or microwave in room.

Each room has a balcony. No free breakfast. Very nice hotel, enjoy the balcony and being able to open the sliding door for some fresh air, room decorated very tastefully, mattress comfortable, hallways and public areas very clean and attractive.

Location. Unattractive rooms; poor bathroom; and low quality bedding. I do not agree with the rating of this hotel. It is moderate at best. Although the lobby is pretty, the breakfast buffet was a joke and the room was unattractive and poorly furnished.

It had all the necessary amenities, microwave, refrig, and internet capability and it was nicely decorated. It was smaller thanI anticipated.

Great front desk staff. Room wasn't completely clean. I overall enjoyed the hotel. The front desk was great. The lady at the buffet was excellent. The room was not as clean as I would have liked, but otherwise a great hotel.

The lobby. The door going to the parking lot. Unfortunately, we had a problem with the hotel. Everything was good, but they had a water leak which is naturally something that can't be helped. At around 12:30 AM when we returned from our wedding, someone knocked on the door to say they could move us in case there was a water problem. There was not (tiny amount) and we were tired so we opted not to move. The problem was that the workers woke us up at 3:00 AM talking normally in the hall while working to dry the water outside the door. The machine was very loud also, but their talking was just not thinking on their part (actually inexcusable) and caused us to lose sleep. We mentioned it the next day and the desk clerk was very apologetic.

Location and nice amenities. Room was not as nice as expected, was a little dirty and it smelled bad as if carpets not cleaned in ages. The hotel was in good location and was nice enough. I just felt like the room was not as clean as it should have been and it smelled awful when we walked in. The first thing I did was spray with Lysol and lit a scented candle for the time in room before we had leave for Mom's and put it out. When we returned to the room that evening it still smelled pretty bad.

The staff was helpful and friendly, and my room was nice and clean. Anice, clean, and convenient place to stay in Greenville.

Easy to get to. Have to pay for bottle water. It was exactly what I thought I was getting.

Excellent customer service, friendly staff, clean, overall a very nice place to stay. Nothing. Very pleased with overall quality of hotel. More than what I expected.

Location. Bad iron and ironing board. Water was not hot enough. I would not like to stay here again.

Rooms clean, beds very comfortable, lines soft, room was very spacious. Trash cans needed to be bigger, with liners. I was pleasantly surprised at all the accommodations and the rooms spaciousness, especially traveling with 2 women with 3 young children.

The rooms were very nice, the bed and linens nice. Clean. Nothing. I would return to this facility if I were going to Greenville again, close to downtown, I like this location better than the one on the Parkway, which we went to by accident.

The decor was beautiful, and I loved the courtyard. We were at the room across from the ice machine - noisy at times. Overall rating was excellent. I'd love to stay there again.
