Right off the highway, Chili's restaurant is crawling distance and there was a full bar in the hotel, which is not the norm for a Courtyard. RoomTV needs updating. I travel an enormous amount of time for business and have stayed in many Marriott hotels. This hotel was a perfect location for where I needed to be and offered everything I could want. Although I did not visit the bar, the fact that this Courtyard had a full service bar (not the norm), is a benefit for the future.

Hotel staff was very accommodating and left pool open late for me. Great accommodations. Responsive staff on all shifts. In room refrigerator was a wonderful plus!

The staff went above and beyond and made me feel very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly, looked after me and went above and beyond what they really had to do. I enjoyed the bar and the company there, and having a refridgerator in the room was incredibly convenient.

Conveniently located. New hotel and very clean. Does not appear to be the safest neighborhood. Access to the hotel parking lot is not ideal. The Courtyard Marriot in Cromwell, CT is a newer facility with every amenity you could ask for. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

Clean hotel, good location, normally great rooms. Noise in room was ridiculous, no sleep. Did not get hardly any sleep during my stay because of how loud the nosie was from the unit, combined with a very noisy room AC. Surely other people have complained about this and yet they still put people in this room. Too bad they did not ask on check if I enjoyed my stay.

Room size, free Wi-Fi, good pool, food and friendly staff. No kids menu for restaurant. Highly recommend this hotel for its family friendly atmosphere and convenient location within a short drive to New England's attractions.

Easy access from interstate, great quality for the price. Loved the big tub. Slight maintenance issues with the room. Uncomfortable bed and scratchy sheets. Overall this was a very nice hotel. Clean, presentable, with a very friendly and helpful staff. They do need to invest in a better quality of mattress, and do a little more upkeep maintenance. But there were no major problems just little things here and there.

The quality of the room was excellent. Everything was great. This hotel was wonderful. It was an outstanding location and price!
