I love Marriotts. A Courtyard is a Courtyard. You just can't go wrong when traveling on business.

Charges * for usual breakfast buffet!!!! Reserved room with "allergic to feathers". Front desk assured me housekeeping had removed all down pillows. 5 minutes in room had trouble breathing - found 6 of 9 pillows were down. Management apologized with coupon for breakfast. Pillows still on floor outside room the next morning. Room lacked a hair dryer. Towels were old, not luxurious. Difficult to find u-turn from opposite side of road

The willingness to accomodate my requests. Nothing comes to mind. Very pleasant staff, & easy to reach at all times. Requests were honored in a timely manner. The room was comfortable.

We had a very nice stay. When we first checked in, we had only one complaint: there was no view of the television from the bed. We went back to the front desk to ask for a room without that design flaw, and were instantly upgraded to a suite. The staff was very polite and helpful, everything was very clean, and both the standard room and the suite had balconies. There's no room service, but you can order from surrounding restauants from a company that specializes in picking up to-go orders. Exactly what you're looking for in 3-star.

Indoor pool. Was not expecting an analog tube small television in the room. Also did not expect to be sent to a room that was already occupied by another patron. However, the new room that we had to be redirected to was the one with the sofa and pull out bed which doesn't make any sense.

Hotel personnel, the room, facilities. The toilet would not stop pumping water at around 5:30 a.m. and we had to leave our room which flooded. The rooms are clean and well kept; the staff is very nice and courteous. The restaurant is nice as is the pool area. Unfortunately for us, a broken toilet flooded so much water that we had to go to another room in the middle of the night. Otherwise everything was fine.

Nice whirlpool and pool area. HVAC in room was difficult to regulate. Very good overall, the location of the jug handle should be accessible from the hotel.

Front desk staff very friendly and efficient. Thought there would be continental Breakfast and fridge/microwave in the room. I would really like to see fridge and microwave in the rooms. I travel frequently to seminars that run after restaurants are closed. I would like to be able to make a quick dinner when I can grab it and when I get back to my room at night.

Clean, and exactly suited to my needs. Nice work area. No refrigerator. Exactly what I expected; clean room, friendly staff and convenient to the places I needed to access during my stay. I didn't spend much time in my room but returned each evening to conditions which reflected my first night. Good value.
