My husband and I stayed here with our 3 small kids on the first night of our vacation (while waiting to get into our condo for the remainder of the week). The staff went above and beyond to accomodate us and even let us check in a couple hours early so our baby could take a nap!! The facility was very clean and well maintained. Only a short drive away from the public beach, the water park, and all the other tourist stops! Also just a short drive to the Outlet Malls! We originally chose to stay here because of the larger rooms and some of the poor online ratings that other places closer to the beach had received. We were only here for one night, but we had excellent service and will definitely stay here again if the need arises. Many of the other guests here mid-week seemed to be business travelers and golfers, but I would also recommend this place to families who need a little more space and larger beds than some of the other places offer.

We were at the hotel for one night. It was a spur of the moment overnight beach trip. The hotel was fine, but I would have preferred a different location. It is literally part of the parking lot of a large shopping center. The staff was friendly though, the hotel was clean and we don't have any real complaints.

Absolutely nothing. We were awakened at 10:30 by housekeeping trying to get into our room. Check out was 12:00. When asked why they did this they said they were allowed to start knocking at 10:30 to see if anyone was there. The only worse staff I have ever experienced, was in New Orleans after Katrina.

The room was quiet,clean and visually appealing. Bed was oh so soft! Staff was helpful. Small shower. I would stay here again !

Beautiful, great amenities, friendly, helpful staff. MyAC in the room did not work properly. It was cooler outside than in. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. The hot tub and pool were wonderful and very clean. The room, lobby and halls were also very, very clean. The washer/dryer were very convenient. Everyone was as nice and professional as could be. Was very impressed that the hot tub was drained and sanitized 2x each day!

Quick check-in, convenience store in hotel. Room not properly cleaned, untrimmed foliage rubbed against wall all night. Not close to the beach. Shopping center next door with movies, good food and Starbucks. Typical Courtyard by Marriott but my room had hair on lampshades and in shower and smelled of disinfectant. Good internet, TV smaller than most Courtyards. Breakfast wasn't served according to schedule posted in room.

The staff was the friendliest that I have ever met, maids, etc. You have to pay for the hotel breakfast, which the same setup is free with most hotels. Great place, eat at Waffle house better breakfast for the same money.

The bed and pillows were the best I have ever had in a hotel room. The price. The hotel is very accessible to the beach, the outlet malls and not too far from the tourist areas or the beach. The beds and lines were wonderful. Sorry we could not have enjoyed for a longer amount of time.

The patio furniture around the pool. Room was not properly cleaned. We arrived at 4:00pm and our room was not ready. We called back at 5:20 pm and our room was still not ready. We had traveled 6 hours and had concert tickets to see Brooks & Dunn at The Wharf. We called back again at 6:18 pm and our room was finally ready. It was not ready due to being short handed in housekeeping. We finally arrived about 6:30 pm and got the room. 2 women to get ready and be at a 7:00pm concert. We left the hotel at 7:10 pm and missed the first performer and he sings 1 of my favorite songs. I was not happy at all. The tickets were $59.50 each. We were rushed and sweating by the time we got there. It was the hotels fault.

The room was very clean and spaces also the beds was soft and comfortable. We felt very safe and had plenty shopping near by. Did not see a kiddies pool for the little ones. The sign on the highway was not a great visible sign. We as a family enjoyed our stay and will come back again. The room was very clean and spaces. The pool was nice and had plenty of room to sit down. Not a 4 or 5 star hotel but great for a couple days of stay. I would recommend this to my other friends or who ever is looking to have a great weekend.

Very friendly, very comfortable, quality. Ice machines was out, washing machine was noisy. I do not travel that much, this was a wonderful experience, the staff was great, the room was very comfortable. TV was to small, only complaint about room.

The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel was very clean. I wish it had more activities for my children, like an arcade. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was not too far from shopping, restaurants, or the beach.

The room was bigger than I expected! The bed was wonderful, memory foam, with lots of pillows! There was no continental breakfast! We found the room wonderful for our honeymoon! We slept till 9:00 a.m. the first morning; room so quiet, no truck noise or next door neighbors! The pool was nice and siren! The location was just off the highway and the beach, dining, and stores were right down the road. We were just disappointed that there was no free breakfast. The dining area was nice and loaded with biscuits, eggs, waffles and such for $7.95. I just wanted a sweet roll and coffee! We went to McDonald's!
