Nice staff. Close to highway and right on Wendover Ave - easy to get around Greensboro. Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly.

It was in a very convenient location for my purposes. The bed was too soft and the room looked out over a busy road.

Comfortable beds. Placement of bed and TV. Comfortable beds. Placement of bed and TV were not compatible for comfortable viewing of the TV. Hotel was on a major road therefore all the loud noises and police/ambulance/fire sirens were heard in the room. The breakfast buffet was okay but expensive.

Room service was through a local restaurant. Reasonable prices and good. Bed was uncomfortable (too soft), linens did not fit properly and shower had mold spots. Overall a decent hotel, but not at the level of the other 3-star hotels.

It was convenient to restaurants, Interstate, easy to get into downtown Greensboro. Clean. No WiFi or refrigerator which I thought was odd for a suites" hotel. This hotel was fine. I would stay there again. We were in town to visit our son who is at Greensboro College. I guess we just expected it to have more amenities for a 3 star hotel. There was no refrigerator for a bottle of wine, soft drinks, or fruit juice. I didn't see a restaurant, so no room service either.

Friendly, helpful staff. I don't agree with this hotel being a 3 star. It's nice but not full service. 3 star hotels are supposed to be full service.

Friendly, helpful staff. The pool was outdoor, and therefore, not available until May. We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The place was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The two things I really wish had been included are a small, in-room refrigerator and an indoor pool. My daughter was so disappointed to be on Spring Break in North Carolina and to be unable to swim.

I liked having a couch in the room. Did not like wired internet. Did not like down pillows. The hotel was very clean, very spacious. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The room was nice and quiet and you couldn't hear the busy traffic outside at all. I truly enjoyed my stay.

I loved the location of the hotel. Right off the expressway, and near restaurants and shopping. Hotel was convenient, and staff was friendly and attentive. Room was clean, and met standards expected. Best feature is the awesome location.
