The overall experience was satisfactory. The room was clean and had a nice layout.The location is very quiet and accessible to points of interestes such as shopping malls(Arundell Mills, Columbia Mall, Silver Spring, and Washington, D.C., Eateries etc. The bed was extremely comfortable. The air quality was poor. The air conditioner stopped working during our last night. The staff was very accomodating. The keycard was subpar, as it would stop working periodically which made for a nuisance when hoping to go straight to your room, just to have to turn back around to get it reprogrammed by the front desk staff. You have to request that a Microwave and Fridge be delivered to the room. Overall, no major complaints. We would stay again.

Clean rooms and thematress was the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. About a 5 minute drive from the Metro. Highly recommended.

Convenient to Washington DC but, not in the middle of the city. Not a lot of nearby dining to choose from. Friendly staff and nice hotel. Close to the Metro rail which made it easy to get into Washington DC.

Friendly staff, clean, spacious rooms, reasonable services. Access to metro only by car, and clunky in-room internet. A pleasant stay overall. The pool is small, but the adjacent exercise room is well equipped. Clean, fairly spacious roomswith good work area and Ethernet connection to internet, i.e. no wireless except in lobby. Staff seemed friendly and helpful.

It was just outside DC & had free parking. I was unfamiliar with the area and just happened upon this hotel. It is just off the BW Pkwy and only a couple of exits before the DC exit on the Baltimore side. So it was convenient for DC appts. It also has a TGIF next door that stays serves late even on Sundays. There are also several other restaurants close to this location. The staff was friendly which always makes a stay more enjoyable for the road weary.

The fire place in the lobby and the staff was really nice. There was no resturant or room service. It was nice, I would probably not stay again though due to there being no resturant.

Everything from perfect location to cleanliness and comfort. They served such a great breakfast,I was disappointed there were no dinner or lunch available. This was the most comfortable stay. I felt right at home. The location was excellent and the comfort and cleaniness,great there is really nothing negativeI can say about this hotel and location. However the courtyard marriott at 8130 corporate dr. Hyattsville, md was awfulI wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there. The location was horrible the staff was incompetent and rude, although the hotel was clean the stay was horrible and i would never stay at this hotel ever again.

Cleanliness. No fridge or microwave inthe room. There was not a microwave or refrigerator in my room. I was thinking there should have been one since I saw one in a couple of other rooms that the maids were cleaning.

Convenience to beltway, proximity to Washington DC and the name Marriott. Nothing. My folks like the peace and quiet of this courtyard yet it is very close to TGIF restaurant, a very noisy young restaurant. It is also very close to the Greenbelt Plaza Mall and to the more expensive Washington DC hotels. We took advantage of the swimming pool and the breakfast. Since it is not a huge complex, we had the pool to ourselves. We will stay here again when the opportunity arises.

Location to FedEx field was good. Nicely furnished with comfortable bed. Room was a little smaller than I expected. Traffic in area is awful! Good location for our plans but traffic is a real bear in this area. Comfortable bed and linens and great bath linens as well!

Location, the overall neat and clean upscale look. I was on the 4th floor. I like the 1st floor better. Check in and check out was very simple. I actually received an important phone call as I was checking in and the clerk handled everything without making me feel like I was rude, even though I was. I only stayed one night, would have loved to stay longer. Thanks.

Clean and neat. Bed was the best. Easy to get to. When I walked in the lobby, I knew it was more than I expected. It was massive, had beautiful decor and a fireplace. The staff was very friendly and my room was great. I really enjoyed the stay, so much so I went back again 2 weeks later. Great.

Clean & convenient location. Charge $8.95 per person for breakfast. Try to cheat the customer to make more money. If the breakfast is not included should let the customer know before they eat. I feel like a fool.
