Great experience as the location was just perfect for us as it was close to all of the north side locations in Atlanta.

Location very good. Nice room. Very nice swimming pool. Pleasant, pleasing, comfortable lobby. There were maintenance issues. Outside key swipe door openers did not often work. The hotel is slightly dated, although the room was very nice. Parts, such as halls did not have a fresh feel. Some maintenance issues mentioned above. For Marriott Courtyard, it was not a 10.

This hotel is rather plain. It has breakfast, for a price. It is not within walking distance of any good restaurants, though it is a short walk to the Marta, the public transportation system for Atlanta. It is next to a couple of hospitals, so there is some siren noise during the day, not so much at night. The rooms are very clean. The pool was alright, but small. Overall, this is not the hotel for honeymooners or people with families who are looking for fun activities. It seems like a better hotel for business travelers than vacationers.

This was a great place to stay for the price! The desk clerk ([...]) helped us find the best eating places close by. We didn't have to wait to be seated either. The breakfast served on site was excellent, especially for the price. We stayed at the hotel & by the pool one day & it was so quiet--no noise from traffic or planes. That evening we went to the Broadway show Jersey Boys which was also excellent. [...] gave us a map of downtown Atlanta so we could more easily find the theater.

Location. Uncomfortable beds, out-dated rooms, shower didn't drain, internet was slow. Above the laundry room and by the stair well.Very noisy!

I don't have one negative remark about this hotel regarding my stay of 5 days. The rooms were clean, stylish and comfortable. The location is great being around the corner from a major shopping district and within walking distance to the MARTA Station. There are about 3-4 hospitals nears the hotel and it was rare that I was disturbed by maybe a siren or helicopter. Last but difiniately not the least, staff members at the hotel was superior, and supurb. I don't know what other vistors experienced, who complained about the staff. My experience was totally the opposite, Front Desk staff assisted me with everything from dry cleaning services, finding a beauty solon and directions to anywhere I wanted to go in ATL. Everyone was helpful, pleasent, and went beyond their duties to assist.

It was convention to the location where I need to be. The hotel was a great value.

I had to change rooms 3 times because the room was either not cleaned from the last person who stayed there or the air conditioner was broke (110 degrees out that day) or the internet access didn't work in the room. It took me 20 minutes to get a room that was satisfactory. They ONLY apologized...poor business!

I've used this particular hotel for many years when traveling to Atlanta. It is always great and never disappoints.

Updated and clean. Mattress was way too firm. Nice area, very courteous and friendly staff. The bed needs a pillow-top mattress on it though, it was very hard. Nicely updated and clean. Would stay here again; however I will bring my egg crate mattress topper with me next time!

Courtesy of staff and overall appearance of property, This is an excellent place to spend a night or several. The overall appearance of the property exhibited a well-maintaned look. The room was comfortable and clean. I think we received good value for the price.

Helpfulness of the front desk personnel. No small refrigerator in the room and there was a leak in the drain of the sink. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel and the staff. The wait staff in the restaurant were very competent and friendly. We did not like being assigned to a handicapped equipped room. It meant that there was not a plug for the sink and probably took room that could have been of more use to us. The leak in the drain of the bathroom sink was probably from a wheel chair being bumped against the drain pipe. After the bathroom floor was covered with water while the sink tap was running while I shaved, maintenance responded promptly and, at my suggestion, the front desk gave us free breakfast meal because of the inconvenience.
