Quick check in. Parking garage is a sardine can. Typical Marriott property. Meets expectations. Would return as I have done.

The window views are not very scenic but at the same time are not unpleasant. The interior is well appointed and restful. Parking is convenient. Our room was well designed with the exception of the mirror placement. There was no mirror outside of the bath.

The address is not correct. It is actially around the block from the stated address and very poorly signed. I drove around for a while looking for it and ended up calling online travel website for aphone number or other help - the help line is anothe story. The desk expleined that the signage was not yet complete....very true. Then I realized that signage all around the hotel was just plain weird - elevator is poorly marked, parking lot says "Van Only, clearance 8 feet", which could be interpreted as ...not for cars? The breakfast is poor at best - even for a typical budget hotel offering, which isnot the way they advertised themselves. Staff is generally new and inexperienced. On the good side, the location, once found, is not bad, and the restaurants around the building out front are good. Galleria Mall is one block away.

What I paid with the car was a good deal. Could have done without having to pay for parking, but the internet was free and fast but you did have to use a cable to connect in the room.

Clean, quiet. Parking, steep driveway, hard to find from the street. The room was very clean and cool. We were concerned about the noise level because our room was located close to elevator, but it was quiet. We walked over to Galleria and shopped. The walk back was fine even with plenty of shopping bags. The driveway to parking was very steep and the location of the hotel from the street was a little difficult to find.

We were checked in early even though we arrived three hours early! The room, as well as the bathroom, was spotless and spacious!

Cookies! Very good quality sheets. Seemed very short on staff. Reception desk frequently unoccupied or a long wait to talk to the person at the desk. This hotel is right at the Galleria, so it's great for shopping and meals. It's also fairly close to the Museum and Arts District, which was the purpose of our trip. Staff were courteous and helpful, but it took awhile for him or her to be able to assist us. The pool is indoors and the gym is pretty skimpy. However, the hotel suited our purposes just fine.

The only thing I did not like is that the room did not have a save deposit box.

The restaurant was only for breakfast and the bar closed too early. It was a nice hotel located within walking distance to the Galleria shopping mall and the customer service was good. The garage spaces are too narrow and it's a very tight squeeze to park and then get in/out of a mid-sized car. There was no refrigerator in the room. The room was well decorated and the linens were great.

Good location if you want to walk to the Galleria. Ihate that you have to pay additional for parking. Ii really hated to pay additional for parking, not much but $10/day.

It was a safe and convenient location. The room was cozy and the bed was very comfortable. You could here everything in the bathroom when occupied: shower, toilet, faucet.

Very clean, and awesome location close to everything. Would have liked an in room refrigerator and microwave. Loved it. Will stay here every year on our trip to Houston. Close to the mall and highway, but not in the downtown mix. Very quiet and very clean. Great beds slept like a baby!

The staff was friendly, helpful and the room was clean and attractive. The elevators are located in a dead end narrow hallway - the fitness room is very small and the pool is located right at the front of the building.

Comfortable with great staff. Inconvenient lighting in the rooms. Nice, clean andcomfortable hotel. The guy at the front desk was very accommodating and super-helpful.
