Aside from basic cleanliness, the main thing to recomend this hotel is if it's close to something you're doing which was the case for me.

It was clean and neat. We used the pool and hot tub. The hours were very convenient.

If you are a business traveler, you won't be happy. My room was not very clean, the phones don't have a speaker or mute option, and the staff is a little snippy. They charge too much for budget service. Try the Hampton Inn further down Hwy. 41.

The hotel was very comfortable, the room seemed much larger than most with a desk area and free internet. I liked the fact that the bathroom was separate from the vanity area and there was a sink with a long counter and there was adequate space for hanging clothes. free coffee was available 24 hrs.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The pool was a little chilly, but this was not a deal breaker! The hotel was lovely, and the staff were very nice. I would recommend this hotel. The breakfast is excellent and convenient too.

The Courtyard by Marriott in Fresno was great. The room had lots of room with a sofa in it. It was very homey and didn't feel like alot of the other ones. I had a room with a king bed and the comfort of it was great. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly. It's location is pretty much in the middle of Fresno with lots of dining and shopping. The Fashion Fare mall is right down the street. I would definately recommend this to all my friends and family.

Staff, breakfast bar and room condition great. Hotel is 300 yards off the main street and there isno signage. Arriving in the middle of the night horrible. There is no signage visible from Shaw Avenue. The address is skipped when checking addresses of neighboring businesses. We were told via phone to turn by the sign of a Hero’s restaurant to get to the hotel. You need to travel down what amounts to a long driveway to access hotel. Crazy and frustrating.

The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast bar was king among breakfast bars. The pull out coach was not very comfortable, the bed could have been better too. I feel like we were treated well and the amenities were very nice.

Excellent staff and comfortable rooms. No hotel room service. The staff was friendly and took care of all our needs. The rooms were spotless and extremely comfortable. The grounds and pool were wonderful. We have stayed here 8 times and it is a great hotel for families.

Had all the amenities and close to freeway. Exceptional value for excellent service. Easy to find and close to shopping center with great choices of food.

The beds are very nice. The rooms are spacious. (They found my lost keys.) The room HVAC is difficult to adjust comfortably. Buffet closes too early (11am); after that, nothing. I've been staying at this hotel for some 20 years. Access to this hotel is poor and unusual. Signage off Shaw Avenue is not good. The bar is small but intimate. Interior decor is nice. Hallways are clean and secure. Restaurant is not open enough hours, but I like the fact it is not too busy as it was years ago. A lot of the drawbacks to this place are the same things that make it appealing.

Well appointed, free internet access, located in good part of town. Tough to find, breakfast buffet was expensive, room could have been more spacious.

They were renovating all the rooms so they gave free breakfast for the inconvenience. All the furniture, paint, curtains, bedspreads etc were new. We had to complain about kids jumping up and down above us for hours and the hotel staff called them and took care of it right away. It was very clean.

Easy access to courtyard pool and gym. the laundry facility and hot tub are an excellent item. The lounge is comfortable to relax with friends or family. My husband liked the restraunt , he feels kids should eat for free. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the over-all appearance of the landscape, pool, hottub gardens are beautifully kept. It is a pleasure to stay aat this lovely hotel. It is family oriented, small enough to meet your neighbors and have a nice time making new friends. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to feel as comfortable as if being at home.
