Clean hotel, friendly staff. Breakfast cost extra, no elevators.

This hotel was good for my short 2 night stay. The hotel doesn't have elevators which was a big downfall, and the indoor pool is not heated, it was freezing cold, so this wasn't good since I have a small child. There is no "free breakfast", but the breakfast that you paid for was EXCELLENT, and the service from the restaurant was EXCELLENT!! I highly recommend paying for the breakfast. The rooms were clean, but were on the small side, they have no refrigerators or microwaves, but they do have free wireless internet. The showers were great, great temperature and great water pressure. The hotel is located in a great place, Cracker Barrell is across the parking lot, and there are several shopping locations within a very close distance, including a mall and the convention center. The zoo is about 4 miles away, and downtown is less than 10 minutes. I would stay here again, and would recommend to someone else.

It was the cleanest Marriott we have stayed at. Too close to the road. The people were very helpful and it was very clean.

Very friendly staff and clean rooms. The Hotel was great and I was happy with my stay. The area was clean, quiet and restful. The staff was helpful and over all, very nice and helpful with my needs. The room was great and the bed was hard. I will come back to this hotel again.

The hotel and room were very clean. They charged us $3.00 for an ice cream drumstick! This hotel is fine for either business or leisure travelers. The decor is tasteful and the rooms are clean.

Nice big desk for work. There wasn't any shampoo or conditioner or lotion in the bathroom.

Good location near freeway, restaurants. Nice room. Not as nice overall as I expected for a Courtyard. Didn't have the room ready when we arrived at PM.

Nothing special. This hotel is old and worn out and appears to not have changed in 10 years, and I would bet that it will loose it's Courtyard franchise soon.

Nice rooms, great location. Hard bed and the swimming pool was same temperature as the whirlpool.

There wasn't much that I liked about the hotel but the price. Found out that breakfast was not included in the hotel room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel definitely met my expectations of the Courtyard chain. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel has a work out facility that exceeded my expectations.

Worst mattress I have slept on in a long time. The hotel is in need of updating.

Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. A little difficult to find. Beds were very hard.

Helpful staff, spacious room, easy access from parking lot. Thin walls meaning sounds of other rooms were heard, at times loud.

Updated look in rooms, adjoining restaurant for breakfast, good price on Priceline! Nothing that I didn't like! I got a really good deal on this hotel room from Priceline! I got a clean room with a king sized bed, and there were many updates. The room was not a suite, but it contained a sofa and coffee table, and there was can lights in the ceiling above it, and newer artwork above the sofa for an updated look. There were plenty of feather pillows on the bed as well. The TV in the room was a newer model, and it swiveled so you could watch whether you were on the bed, on the sofa, or at the desk-which was very nice. The towels and washcloths in the bathroom were nice and thick and they also had Cottonelle toilet paper instead of sandpaper. The room was equipped with coffee service, hair dryer, iron, etc. And everything was updated - not ancient. In the lobby area there is a small swimming pool and hot tub in an adjoining room, there is 24 hour coffee and tea service set up in the lobby area, and there is also a snack bar area to buy drinks and snacks near the front desk. There is also an attached restaurant, where you can get breakfast in the morning. You have your choice of ordering something a la carte, such as an omelet or Belgian waffle, or they have two buffet options-the regular continental buffet with cereals, breads, oatmeal, fruit, etc. or you can pay a little more and have the hot items included-eggs, bacon, sausage, and so on. Overall it was the best hotel stay I have ever had. I will be staying here again when I am in the Fort Wayne area.

Immaculately neat and clean although dated. No complementary free breakfast. I am glad I was able to get such an excellent price through Priceline. I believe that I received exceptional value. I would not have been able to make the trip.
