The reception desk workers were not very friendly or helpful. Breakfast was expensive. I wish we had a refrigerator in our room.

I stayed there the day of my rotator cuff surgery. Not a good choice. Noisey from highway traffic. The TV was on a stand so low I could see my toes while watching the news. Payed $for a $ room. No sink in bathroom and only one bowl in closet area.

The room was a Spa King, Only room available and had to stay here for conference. Room was not clean. Could have written my name in dust on furniture. Mold on the shower curtain and floor. HUGE burn marks in rug. Non Smoking? For this price NO Breakfast? No problem paying for a step above the rest room, but this was bad.......

The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom stunk terribly of sewage. The staff was nice, the room was good until I opened up the bathroom door and smelled the terrible stench of sewer gas. Also, the main reason we chose that hotel was for the pool for our son, but the pool was so cold that our son couldn't even play in it for more then 5 minutes.

I was rather disappointed with the room at the Courtyard Hotel in Erie, PA. The travel website said it would be $* dollars, but when I booked the room, they said the price had gone up to $* dollars....quite a difference in price. So I said ok, we'll try it...it ought to be a really nice room for $*. But alas, it was only just average. There was a jacuzzi in the room and the water trickled out when I was trying to fill it plus the hot and cold knobs really weren't working too well. Plus the jacuzzi was pretty small too. The room was only average size with average furnishings. Not worth the $* in my opinion. In all, a rather disappointing experience.

this hotel had the cleanest pool i have ever been in!!! the rooms were very nice, but would suggest making sure mature tv channels are blocked before entering the room if you are traveling with children!!!

we were celebrating out 39th anniversary the room was dreary needs updating and the jacuzzi tub 4 of the seven jets did not work.

Friendly staff. Peeling wall paper in rooms, entertainment center wasdusty. Overall good hotel! Though for the money thought the whirlpool tub would be a little bigger.

The hotel was nice enough, although there was a lot of construction noise. we only received the paper on one day of our stay. the staff was rude and unhelpful. We were charged twice for our room, and when I questioned this, I was informed that I was mistaken. that was the end of the matter as far as they were concerned. Sure enough, when I checked my account, I was charged twice and am now trying to get this matter cleared up. This is not a small amount of money, especially at the holidays. Sorry, but the staff should have been more customer service oriented, not worried about talking to each other about their day.

We have stayed in this hotel before and were very pleased, which is why we chose to return. Our children love the pool and I love the sauna/hot tub. We were so pleased. We have no complaints. This hotel was very clean. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the staff is super friendly. Our children enjoy the pool. I enjoy the giant hot tub and sauna. We had a very relaxing stay.

The friendliness and helpfullness of staff. It would have been nice if the whirlpool filled much faster. This Marriott is very comfortable, friendly and easily reached.
