Room was located by a shared access alley. There were deliveries and trash pick up every morning that took place between 5 and 5:30 A.M. Much too early to wake up after long days of sight seeing. I'm sure the other side of the hotel was quieter. Computers( one Mac and two PC's) available for guest use - Handy for searches, reservations and e-mails.

FABULOUS! Friendly, great location, comfortable, willing to please. Having to valet park. Access to car was limited and /or not convenient. Great hotel in a good location. Accommodations were more than adequate. Beds were comfortable and furnishings were up to date and in good working order. Quiet hotel. Free coffee machine in lobby was a nice feature.

We chose this hotel through the travel website, it seemed reasonably priced and close enough to the attractions of DC. Except for the fact that we requested adjoining rooms and did not receive them, the rest of the trip was great. Nice Neighborhood. Just a few Blocks to the front of the White House. Children loved the pool, adults beware, it is VERY small. Staff was VERY friendly and helpful.

This was our first time to DC and the location was def good- the staff was very friendly and the room small but nice- the only let down was the $28 to park a night- and that had not been known- but you could look for free street parking on the weekend. I would def stay here again!

My wife and I were pleased with our stay from the moment we checked in until the momentwe checked out. Special mention goes to the wonderful cafe located inside the hotel. We enjoyed a great meal only surpassed by the attentive staff. Again, I must say a great weekendgetaway.

Nice location ; clean rooms. Rooms have no fridge/ microwave ; valet parking only (not free). Positives: 1) Location : Very nice and convenient. 2) Cleanliness: Above average 3) Service : Above average Negatives: 1) Parking : No free parking in hotel or in close proximity. Valet parking only! 2) Rooms : Rooms are clean but not equipped. No microwave/ Fridge in rooms unless requested. This is a big problem for families with children. 3) Restaurant: Quality of food is below average. French toast was dry and sandwiches were so-so.

I was very happy with our room. I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the room. I would highly recommend.

Can walk to all attractions. No view and heard the elevator all night. Very clean and the staff was great. Location was convenient. Only complaint would be that maybe because of the great price we got at the last minute that we were not given a great room. It was located over an alley and next to an elevator which we heard all night long and we were there for two nights.

The hotel could not have been any more accommendating. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large, well equipped and extremely clean. The hotel is located within walking distance to restaurants and shopping as well as very close to a metro station. When we needed a taxi, the staff had one for us within minutes. When the first cab driver displayed an "attitude", he was very quickly sent away and another cab was immediately made available. The fitness room was well equipped and the pool was lovely. Check in and check out was quick, and the room rates were reasonable.

The staff was great. Super friendly. The price of valet parking is quite high & you cannot access things from your vehicle without an escort.

Great location in downtown DC, very clean, friendly staff, restaurant on premises, anddelicious cookies. This was a wonderful hotel and in a great downtown location which is safe and beautiful. It is within walking distance to many great restaurants and attractions. The hotel was very clean and everyone was friendly and efficient. The hotel offers valet parking with unlimited use for a nightly fee. You can purchase trolley tickets at the hotel and there is a fantastic restaurant on site. Each room has a large flat screenTV with ample stations and movies, as well as, a desk and free wireless access. I would be remiss if I did not mention the free fresh brewed coffee machine and the delicious cookies which are available and always warm!

Location. The water was shut off for a day, window would not shut. I was there for a two day business trip. I arrived late (1:00 am) and had a meeting at 8:00 am. When I returned to the room at 11:00 am there was a note that was slid under the door stating that the water would be turned off for pipe maintenance and that I needed to plan accordingly for hygiene. They knew that the water would be shut off when I checked in and they should have told me about it then. Also the window would not stay shut so the road noise was very loud and the room was freezing. It was not a good stay at all. Maintenance came to fix the window as I was leaving the room to check out.

Staff was extremely informative and courteous. Hotel was very easy to find and in a nice location. Staff was extremely helpful providing directions to the metro, and even gave me a map and indicated on it where to get on and off the metro. Check in was very quick, as was checkout. The room was very nice, very clean.

Newly renovated rooms with plenty of space and nice furnishings. Construction right out the window in the morning. Skimpy and dirty pool. Nice staff. Clean, newly remodeled rooms. A great view. However, the pool is more like a kids pool (small in size) and was dirty. We work up during half our stay to the sounds of trucks backing up and that of jack hammers. Subway is about five blocks away and is easy to find. Would do it all again!
