The hotel was tired and a little worn. With all the emphasis that hotels have been making on great beds, this facility hasn't been upgraded. The pillows were lumpy and the beds themselves were hard. There was a great marriott brochure in the guest services folder showing all the great marriott bedding that you could order to use at home. HA!! There was NONE of it in this room... Easy to get to off

The Courtyard Memphis East/Lenox Corporate Park provided excellent accommodations for my friend and I during our week stay. The hotel staff were all VERY friendly and wanted to make sure everything was ok. The breakfast assortment was unbelieveable - including waffles, biscuits & gravy, sausage or bacon, eggs & even an omlet with your choice of extras. The location was perfect for our visit to Graceland as the interstate was one block away. The hotel was actually closer to all the shopping needs one could ever need. It is also close to the Memphis airport. We made sure we informed the hotel staff that we were VERY pleased with our stay. Our only minor disappointment was the fact that we were not permitted to use the swimming pool or spa because it was 2 weeks before Memorial Day and the pool was not officially opened yet. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel and stay there again on my next visit.

x was on the desk and was extremely pleasant, professional, humorous and helpful. He suggested The Commissary for a BBQ dinner and it was EXCELLENT. The room has a great relaxing feel to prop up your feet while getting some work done. Thanks Courtyard by Marriott for being there for me once again!

Hotel rooms were clean. Staff was professional and curteous. Neighborhood was very safe. Nothing is really walkable, but downtown was less than 15 minute drive of all expressway. I would stay there again without a doubt.

Courtyards are generally nice hotels to stay in and secure. Internet in room did not work and printer downstairs was off line and I could not print before I had to leave. Very nice and clean. Staff helpful.

The Marriots have been updating and this hotel has definitely been renovated. My entire experience was nice. The staff was cordial and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great selection of food, and was very reasonably priced.

This Courtyard Marriott was in a quiet location near the freeway. It was gated for safety. The rooms were large and decorated well. The breakfast,included in the price, was wonderful. It included the typical waffles, but also had eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, grits, cereal, pastries, etc. We thought it was a great value.

The beds were very comfortable. The night staff was difficult to find. While it's possible this hotel had one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in, in a hotel, the nighttime staff was almost impossible to find. The breakfast was broken down a half hour before the posted time and the hotel itself was distant from everything.

Roll in shower. It was very wheelchair accessible. The mirror over the sink was too high for a wheelchair user to use. It was very clean with a comfortable bed and friendly staff.

Breakfast buffet was great, wonderful service from restaurant and front desk staff. It's hard to feel safe anywhere in Memphis. Consistency is the hallmark of Courtyard and this property is classic Courtyard, with the great Marriott beds, super business setup in every room and excellent breakfast buffet. Location was easy to find and convenient from any area of town.

It had a bed, clean sheets, and supplied me with free laundry detergent to wash our clothes in the laundry room. Needed updating. But otherwise was perfectly fine. It had a nice workout facility and a nice swimming pool.
