Clean and quiet with pretty much everything you would expect.

Clean; staff wasfriendly. The hotel is relatively new. I don't know if that had something to do with the condition of the mattresses, but they were wonderful.

The staff was upbeat, helpful and extremely friendly.

Even though the room was facing an expressway, it was quiet. Not enough counter space around the sink area for my wife's makeup and incidentals. Quiet, clean, fairly priced for accommodations.

Pleasant atmosphere and wonderful staff. Everything was great. Would recommend this hotel very much. It has excellent rooms, spacious, clean and comfortable.

Newly renovated - fresh and clean. A bit off the beaten path. When I first arrived I saw a sign describing the renovations that were beginning and had that sinking feeling you get when you contemplate lots of noise and inconvenience. I quickly realized, however, that the renovations are essentially complete. The hotel was fresh, clean, and new looking, and the staff seemed to be very proud of their surroundings. It proved to be an excellent. I will be returning to the area, and I will seek out this hotel again.

Overall cleanliness and customer service, top-notch. Nothing bad to say, very satisfied. Great place to stay for the business traveler or the family. Very clean and modern with good sized rooms along with indoor pool to help unwind after a long day. I would recommend to friends or other travelers a like.

Construction work was being done in evening night hours interupted sleep.

I liked how pretty the room was and how warm the pool was. Too expensive to pay for a continental breakfast. No help with bags. I would never go back. The price of the hotel was not bad, but for the service we got it was not worth it. We had to carry our own bags. We will never go back, nor recommend it to anyone.

The room was clean and front desk staff was very helpful. We are Chiefs season ticket holders so are in Kansas City for all the home games. We stayed at this hotel because the places that we usually stay were booked due to a NASCAR race in town. I would definitely recommend this hotel, although at the moment it's tricky getting to due to road construction. The room was nicely decorated, bed was comfy, but most important, and the room was clean. Although a little farther from the stadium than we normally stay, the extra 5 minutes down the highway was well worth it.

Nice hotel. No continental breakfast. Everything we hoped for. Nice, clean and friendly hotel.

The pool area was nice. The rooms were not clean at all. Overall the hotel is ok, but I was not impressed with the service and how dirty the rooms were.

Cleanness, friendly staffs, good accommodation (golf). Hoped to have a breakfast served. This was an excellent selection.

The staff was very accommodating and the room was very comfortable. The pool was very small and young kids voices echoed in there when they screamed. I think this is a great hotel. The staff was wonderful, the location was great (right off the interstate), the room was very comfortable and overall it was a great experience. I would stay there again!

Very friendly staff 5 stars for friendliness. Staff not trained enough to satisfy expectations of a seasoned traveler. Very friendly staff but don't expect much if an accident happens like spilling hot coffee on yourself from a crusty gummed up in room coffee maker. Initial response was timely but follow up to what could have been a major liability for the hotel was non existent. Never even got a call from the GM. Things that are usually free in other Marriott's are charged for here i.e.: $9.00 for a do it yourself waffle. Also my patio door was left wide open after cleaning allowing a squadron of large flies to enter causing me to swat flies for almost an hour. I offered to buy them a new keyboard and mouse to replace the worn out antique one they had in their business center but they declined to accept. Other than that the staff was hands down the friendliest staff I have ever come across in years. It's my feeling that the owners of this franchise have this staff on a short budget so I do not blame the staff.

Room was great, staff went above and beyond, one of the best yet! The location was great and easy to find. The staff was wonderful and helpful. Very clean and attractive. If anything another computer as there was only one, and we didn't get to use it when we needed too, as someone was already on the one they had for quite awhile. Otherwise a perfect experience, wanted to stay longer.

The very comfortable bed and pillows. Patio door locked; hard water deposits in iron. Great hotel, very clean, wonderful pillows on the bed. Staff was friendly, location easy to find from the interstate. Smooth quiet elevators, I did not hear elevators or vending at night. A great respite for a business traveler.
