Parking was the only slight inconvenience. The best option was the valet parking, costing $30. Other than that, no complaints for our stay in Toronto.

In the heart of downtown Toronto. Only one entrance - all others were locked. We have stayed here a number of times & have never been disappointed with the cleanliness. Parking would be a nice perk to have - they charge $30 a night for the underground parking.

Hotel is convenient to the subways, trolley cars, and the Gay Village Staff could not have been more accomodating ... and I mean everyone from the doormen to the housekeepers, front desk to tourist info to waitresses in the dining room Hotel breakfast offered options for everyone at a not unreasonable price for a hotel; yes there are other places in the area that are cheaper, one simply has to decide which is more important Heartily recommended for business, vacationer and family use

The staff were uniformly friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is in walking distance of multiple choices in dining and shopping.

Valet parking people were very nice. At 5:00 pm they told us they may not have a room for us because they overbooked. I was extremely disappointed in the fact that we went to check in at around 5:00pm after a very long day and I heard the lady tell another person that she gave our room away. They were not sure they had a room. They found a room that was outside an elevator and I was up all night with my kids listening to people in the hall.

Great area: Hotel is several blocks north of Yonge and Dundas, Toronto's "Times Square". Hotel is only 200 feet from the "College" subway station. Check in was quick. Room was clean, and no smell of cigarette smoke at all. Pool is small but adequate, and the whirlpool is nice and hot. The fitness room looks nice, but I did not use it. Good value for the money.

The beds are extremely comfortable. Rooms are very spacious. The rooms appeared to be extremely clean until we lost something and checked under the bed. We found quite a few empty bottles which had collected dust. The parking is 30 for valet or 25 for self serve parking. If you are staying on the weekend, do not let them know you wish to self park. The lot they put you in for self parking is a public parking lot. Courtyard Marriott adds 25 to your bill for parking there but if you just park there on your own, it's only 5 for a 24hour period. Courtyard Marriott charges you an extra 20 to park in the EXACT SAME LOT.

Very central location, clean and comfortable room. Not luxurious but right for the price.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The desk staff was very helpful in orienting us to the neighborhoods of Toronto. The valet staff was also accommodating with information and making it accessible to retrieve things from our car.

my husband is a Marriott silver member so that's helpful...the hotel upgraded us to a one bedroom suite and the kids had a blast. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly, we really felt like VIPs. We will definitely stay again soon!

Excellent facility, clean, great beds. One block to subway. Parking is 25 to 30. This was first trip we did not rent a car. We would stay farther out next time where parking was less expensive, but still close to subway line. If you want to be within walking distance to downtown, this is fine location.Breakfast buffet was great, but expensive as is all dining in Toronto.

i stayed two nights at this hotel with my husband and my mother. This was my first time in Toronto, i found that the location of the courtyard was PERFECT!walking distance to everything, right in yonge street, so shopping, restaurants and bars are right just around the corner. The room was very clean and the service was great as in almost every marriott. overall, i enjoyed the experience. I am going back to Toronto in october and i will definitely book in this hotel again.

Didn't realize when I made the reservation that the hotel was within walking distance of Eaton Center - a very happening and lively area! The hotel is also within walking distance of the University of Toronto, and the Royal Ontario Museum. I couldn't have selected a hotel in a better location that kept us out of the heavy downtown traffic, while providing the "downtown" experience. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, especially the Valet parking folks. My only negative experience was the size of our hotel room as we had a corner room that seemed quite small, as well as the cost of parking - be it valet or self parking. (But as I drove around the city, I found that the cost of parking wouldn't have been much better any place else either.) The wife and I have fallen in love with the city of Toronto, and, without question, will definitely plan on staying at this hotel on our next trip.

Free Wi Fi. Parking is way too expensive! Check-in was easy and the hotel staff was polite and courteous. McDonald's, Wendy's and other first food places are in the same block. Close to the subway, about one block if I recall. I walked everywhere.

I stayed here with my son over Labor Day weekend. I came to the City to get him settled at the University of Toronto. It was a great location-Yonge st. is one of the main streets in Toronto. Close to subway, shopping, restaurants, etc. & fairly close to the University-walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. We shared a taxi from the airport and the cost was *. On the way back to the airport I took the shuttle * and I was able to get on that about 3 blocks away. That was very convenient.

First time at this hotel. The valets were all courteous and helpful. Check-in was easy and quick. Rooms were HUGE and beds were VERY comfortable. Sound-proofing is excellent. Food in the restaurants and bar was very good with large portions. Complimentary breakfast had a LOT of choices and the food was VERY GOOD. Within walking distance to many Toronto attractions and shopping. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Efficient, friendly staff, clean, comfortable room, conveniently located. No complaints. Can only comment on the room as we did not use the restaurants or the other facilities, but would stay there again.
