Convenient downtown location and was very quiet. Did not like that I may have had to pay for parking. Very nice hotel with many amenities such as pool and spa located right downtown within walking distance to museums and restaurants with easy freeway access. Room was tidy and clean and never heard a peep from anyone.

We enjoyed the downtown vistas from our top floor room. Friendly staff. The room service from the Pacific Grill was excellent. Easy walking distance to the museums. Also enjoyed the local brews at Harmon's Pub!

The Courtyard in Downtown Tacoma was a very pleasant stay. The room was spotless, the staff very friendly and my entire family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The beds were very comfortable and it was easy to manipulate the temperature in the room. We easily took the bus from outside the hotel to the fireworks celebration across town. My only complaints are that the parking was across the street and down the block from the hotel and we were charged $10 a night for parking. We could have paid for Valet service for $14. Also, there aren't family friendly places to eat close to the hotel. However, I would stay here again when visiting Tacoma.

Nice. Breakfast & parking not included but fine. Go for the valet parking, just a couple bucks more & convenient. Walking to some restaurants and museums - don't miss the glass bridge / museums.

The location to the conference I was attending was fabulous. Had difficulty with the key card for the pool and staff less than helpful trying to solve the problem, wasting my workout time.

Staff was super nice and the location was perfect; right in the heart of downtown Tacoma. Very thin walls. The maids were loud and you could hear everything going on outside your door. Drinks in the bar were WAY too expensive.

Its location! This hotel was great! This hotel was located right next to the free public transit. It also had a very friendly staff that was not afraid to offer suggestions, or helpful hints on what to do while in Tacoma. I will definitely use this hotel again, when in Tacoma.
