Location was great...within 2 blocks any direction of the el, Magnificent Mile, Navy Pier trolly, etc. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go including the Billy Goat Tavern, ESPN Zone, Harry Caray's, etc.. Price was very reasonable. Staff was extremely friendly & very helpful in giving us precise directions. The hotel bar was wonderful, especially the bartender...very accomodating and friendly. Definately one of the best trips we have taken. There is a fire station a block away so there are fire trucks and ambulances constantly going out, but I didn't even hardly notice.

Its general location in Chicago to my sons residence. No comment. It was around every thing interesting to see in downtown Chicago. Id stay there again and plan to in the future.

Friends and I were celebrating a landmark birthday and had dinner and nightlife plans all in the River North area. I was relieved to find such a GREAT hotel that is so convenient to everything I wanted to do. The hotel room was great and accommodated ALL of our requests. It was my best stay ever!

The rooms were clean and updated, and the staff was friendly. The hotel is in a perfect location, two blocks from Michigan Avenue, and less than a block to the red line. We will definitely be back!

I stayed at this hotel at the end of my business trip. Our room was newly redecorated and close to the train which takes you everywhere in the Chicago area - even to both airports. It's located within easy walking distance of the theater district and Michigan Street for shopping. The only negative is that there is no complimentary breakfast of any kind. The little deli attached to the hotel serves a buffet breakfast that is OK, but a little over priced. I would recommend staying here, especially for business. The room is nicely equipped for businss travel.

The hotel was very nice and close to all attractions that I was most interested in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with the remote control not working for the TV at 10:00 at night and it was fixed within 10 minutes. I was just pleased with the overall stay. Rooms were clean, quiet facility, close to attractions, great staff and willingness to accommodate my needs.

Very comfortable bed and clean room. No complimentary breakfast. Great hotel in a great location. Very close to Michigan avenue, the Art Institute, Millennium Park and other great attractions. The rooms although a bit small were immaculate and the bed was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And it was only a short train ride from the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

my boyfriend and i needed a vacation some where nearby during our holiday break from school and we chose chicago. we used the review and the affordable price to choose our hotel and we were very satisfied. we are a trendy couple in our twenties and the hotel room matched our style. the bed was amazing, no tossing and turning, the plasma tv was sweet and the room was very clean and trendy. during our stay,we needed a microwave to heat up leftover pizza and the front desk sent one up to our room. lol. i love the vanity area and we had everything we needed. We want to return as soon as we can.
