Very friendly and helpful staff greets you with a smile upon arrival. Room was large, comfortable and very convenient to the Old City. Just steps outside the door and you were entering through one of three main gates. The concierge was very helpful suggesting places to eat, things to do and local events that we did not want to miss like a free Cirque do Sollie show. Even though we had rain for two of the three days we were there, it was a wonderful place to visit and the hotel was a great place to come back to each evening.

Very centrally located; service was top notch from start to finish; restaurant (we only had dinner there) was truly excellent and a good value for the price.

This hotel is in an excellent location! The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and the hotel is in an excellent location in the city. Great value for what you get.

Great location. Spacious and nice room. The restuarant is just ok, but you have plenty of places to choose from in Old Quebec. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable.

Travelling on my own to Quebec, I appreciated the warm welcome and comfort at this lovely, well located hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful. They greeted me by name every time I passed the desk! The concierges were most patient and helpful in arranging dinner reservations and concert tickets. The bright young staff seemed to take a personal interest in making my stay pleasant. If possible, request a room with their beautiful view of Old Quebec City.I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel location is excellent for site seeing in the old town. The lobby is beautiful. There is a full gym directly behind the hotel (the one in the hotel is inadequate.) The only real complaint I have are the prices at the bar. Be aware some drinks such as a martini can run as high as 15 dollars.

The staff was perhaps the best at any hotel that I've ever stayed at! I was more than pleasantly surprised. The hotel was fantastic and the best part was the willingness of the staff to help in any way possible. The hotel had a great location, was very clean, and had very nice decor. I could ask for nothing more. My hats off to all!

My husband and I were trying to get away for a few days leading up to my going back to school as a teacher. We were soon to be celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and wanted to make this trip special. The Marriot was so well situated that we could walk to all of the great sites that we wanted to take in. The nightlife near the hotel was wonderful. There were so many restaurants within easy walking distance that I asked the concierge to recommend one for an anniversay meal. He showed me a menu for a restaurant that he would recommend for such an event and made a reservation for us for the following evening. We would definitely return to this wonderful hotel!

I have traveled to Quebec City for the past 20 years. The Courtyard is the best overall value and experience we have ever had in Quebec City. The staff are the very best in any hotel we have stayed in North America.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful hotel experience in excellent location-just steps outside the old town wall. The staff made our family feels very welcome and was helpful with anything we needed. Hot tub, but no pool. Good sized rooms, fridge in room. A real gem of a place!

The hotel is just outside the main gates to Old Quebec. The employees are extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. I havew stayed at this hotel on a number of occassions and will always return. I have also stayed at other hotels in the area, but none match the service and convenience of the Courtyard.

The bilingual staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. The cost of breakfast. Conveniently located just outside Quebec’s walled city. Reasonable priced parking. Courteous, friendly staff. Clean, well planned rooms.

The concierge recommended some exceelent restaurants. Room was impeccable. Great location and price. We were there on St. Jean Baptiste Day. Every American should see this independence day celebration.

Excellent service and excellent people. In spite of excellent service, there is clearly shortage of employees.

It has a great view of the old Quebec City. We loved it. The furniture is a little bit outdated. Very friendly staff, convenient to the old town and train station, great view.

Friendly staff and fabulous location. Some rooms on very busy road. Location fantastic, just outside walls. Were given a very spacious, sunny room which suffered from road noise. It was the world championship ice hockey finals and hotel was very busy but they found us another room. This was dark and faced onto another building but was perfect for me as all I want is a comfortable quiet room at night. Had read about friendly staff and it really is true. Had a great stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The view from our hotel room was not great. The location was excellent, the area was great for site-seeing and walking around. The lobby was warm and cheerful. The room was spacious clean and had a lovely bathroom with a good sized shower. There were extra blankets for cold nights! The staff was always willing to help with any request and they all remembered our names for the duration of our stay! It was really a lovely hotel and we were very happy with it!

Wonderfully helpful staff. A delightful place to stay; comfortable and attractive room, good internet access, and very helpful staff. Highly recommended for either work or leisure travel.

The staff was always ready to help us find the best restaurants and sightseeing places available. I think it is time for some new mattresses. Beds okay but would like softer mattress pads. This is an awesome hotel right at the St. Louis gate to the old city. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Easy to find, parking available. Loved every moment of our visit.
