My wife Lori and I were married 6/19/09 and spent our Wedding night at the Courtyard / Marriott Nashville Downtown.. It was unbelievable.. We have told all of our friends and family about this Hotel.. Location, loacation, location.. Plus GREAT!! service..

Close to where we wanted to go Broadway Street. Price of valet parking is too high. Other than the valet parking being to high, I really have nothing negative too say. It was a really nice hotel.

We were in town for a concert at Wild Horse Saloon, and this was a great location within walking distance from everything. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and nicely renovated, as well as kept very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The self-serve cafe was a very nice place for having breakfast, with a wide variety of foods to choose from, even made-to-order omelettes were offered. We also liked the small convenience store at the front desk, where we could satisfy our midnight snack attacks with a pint of Haagen-Daas, charged to the room -- no cash necessary. We chose The Courtyard because the reviews for several other hotels in the same area with more stars were consistently bad with regard to service and/or cleanliness. Having met several people at the concert who were staying at these other hotels and confirmed the conditions described in the negative reviews, we are certain this was actually THE BEST hotel in downtown Nashville for the money.

I thought the Courtyard by Marriott was a really nice hotel. Everyone I encountered there was friendly. Good service. It's right in the middle of downtown. Lots of action on 2nd ave (2 blocks away) and Broadway is also just a few blocks away. I had a great time there!

Hotel was very nice. Great location, within walking distance of many restaurants & clubs. Would stay again.

1/2 block away from Printers Ally, 2 blocks away from Ryman Grand Ole Opry, and three blocks from Broadway Nashville, TN Honky Tonk Heaven. Gym is small but good. Can't say anything bad about hotel. Had a grand time.

The room was different not cookie cutter. The pool, exercise room was 3 blocks away! Beautiful hotel. Bell boys were extremely helpful.

Very close to the Ryman (Opry) and Broadway's many bars and clubs. This is good because once you park your car forget it. Takes a half hour to get your vehicle. If you self park it's just as far/long.

Was very clean, nice accommodations. Would not change linens if left hanging, but did not follow own guidelines. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Very nice accommodations. Hopefully the chain(or this one hotel)will abide by the professed policy to save energy and conserve water in their rooms, in the future. I spoke to the front desk about it during my stay.

Very close to Broadway which was convenient. staff, especially valets, very helpful and friendly. The most important thing about this hotel to me was that it was very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The guys who worked as valets were especially helpful and courteous. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Nashville.

Only had valet parking - $24 per night was too steep. Everything about the hotel was quite nice except the parking.

Location. Housekeeping staff didn't refill the used glasses and other amenities.

Location was good. The view from the room was a brick wall about 20 feet away. Not the most picturesque view of Nashville. Friendly staff, clean rooms.

The shower head was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. One day parking $ 30.00. Hotel was very comfortable and clean. Friendly staff.

The hotel staff was the friendliest I think I've ever met at a hotel. Would've appreciated complimentary lotion and mouthwash in the room. Staff was friendly, the room was clean and had a good view, but was on the smaller side. Excellent location - within walking distance to all the downtown restaurants, clubs and attractions.
