Great location and very good rooms. Staff is terrible and have poor attitudes. Even though it may look like they have parking available, they will make up some excuse as to why you cannot park at their facility. The only nearby parking available is at the Holiday Inn for $20/night.

The overall atmosphere was great. Nothing! Great place for the price, great location in the heart of downtown, we were able to walk almost everywhere we needed to go. Within minutes of a lot of shopping and restaurants.

Could be worse, but would not stay there again.

Smallest room hotel I have stayed at. Bathrooms are even smaller. Had the worst king bed room. Next morning I woke up all stiff... had to have an hour soak. Was given a double queen bed which were slightly more comfortable and all they had so I settled. Not worth the $ they charge...

Very close to metro and city activities. The pool has too much chlorine and the gym needs some big time updates.

The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. The rooms were very clean and the beds were firm. A little tight for a family of four but we managed with two queen beds. The location is perfect. Right across from McGill and an easy walk to the metro, St. Catherine Street and Mt. Royal park. Lots of good restaurants within close walking distance like on Parc Avenue and Prince Arthur Street. The rooftop pool, hot tub and fitness room is great and is open from 6 am - 11 pm. The breakfast buffet was OK, better to take the kids to Tim Hortons on the next block. The hotel provides free coffee in the morning but takes it away by 10:00. Late afternoon/early evening they have cookies, apples, coffee and tea, but it runs out quickly! Our only complaint was that the WIFI doesn't work. They do have one computer for guest use in the lobby.

The Courtyard Marriott's room is big. I like the desk and free internet service. Only problem is the AC was very loud in the night.

Nice lobby. Great bed and room size. Excellent location. Washrooms were sub par compared to the rest of the experience. Great location; welcoming curb appeal and lobby; comfortable, large beds; affordable; classy; did I mention the great location?

This was our first trip to Montreal and we were very pleased with this hotel. The staff was so friendly and extremely helpful. They gave us all kinds of suggestions on what to do, where to go, and how to get there---all of which we followed and had a great vacation! We were able to walk to several local destinations from our hotel (Mont Royal, Latin Quarter, Vieux Montreal, Rue de Crescent). I would defniitely recommend this hotel!!

Hotel location was very good. You could walk to pretty much everything so really didn't need to rent a car. We had a great view from the 20th floor. Very comfortable. Staff was very very helpful with directions and where to find what we needed pool was pretty cold. It could be a few degrees warmer.

We went to see Celtic woman in Montreal and stayed at a Courtyard by Marriott. The service was fantastic very freindly and accomidating staff. The location was great, we could walk to everyting but the gardens but the subway was close by and only took a few minutes. The price was great too.

The Marriot Courtyard Hotel was wonderfully situated for walking to many restaurants and points of interest, as well as bus and metro service. It was clean and well serviced with courteous and very well trained staff. We very much enjoyed our stay, and yes, we'll stay there on our next trip to Montreal!

The location to public transit and attractions were great The lack of public parking. Location. The hotel met my expectations of a Marriott.

The location of the hotel is pretty good. It is a few blocks away from the train station and the shopping area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The complimentary internet and the staff was extremely helpful, polite and did things which went beyond their strict job description. The room was a bit small, but for what I payed it was more than one should expect! The most impressive thing about this hotel was the conduct of the staff. My partner speaks Spanish and the hotel staff worked hard to make him feel comfortable and communicate with him in the language he felt most comfortable. They also helped us in arranging transport to the airport, holding on to our luggage after check-out and conducted themselves in a way that added class to the hotel itself. We don't look particularly affluent as young travelers, but it was meant as a special weekend and the staff made it feel as such.

The concierge/bellhop was excellent and friendly. Our room only had a chair. Windows on our 19th floor room were so filthy couldn't hardly see out of them, had to close curtains. Put us in bad room next to elevators with loud construction going on somewhere nearby. Only good things were the excellent Concierge and good downtown location. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast buffet in restaurant was mediocre. Overall this hotel met my expectations for a modest priced, clean, safe and convenient hotel. It was close to a good selection of restaurants. Although it did not have its own parking garage, valet parking was quick and convenient.

Rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was pleasant. Concierge was not very knowledgable or helpful. Steps required to access elevator. Difficult with stroller. The rooms are clean with clean bathrooms. The location is also very convenient. It is very close to Old Montreal and the Metro. The concierge on duty that day was not very friendly, knowledgeable or friendly. The elevators are elevated a couple of steps off the ground floor so it is difficult to access if you have a baby in a stroller. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant was about $13. The omelets, waffles and coffee were pretty good but everything else was average at best. Overall, would recommend if you are not traveling with small children in a stroller. There are also better dining options close by.

Reception supplied me with needle and thread when badly needed. Departure at 6.30 am meant that I could not get a hotel breakfast.
