Date of Stay:

Stayed for 8 days, easy access to downtown Long Beach, Rooms clean, staff courteous.

Quick response to request for changing my room because of the noise and partying on my floor. If one walked toward the ocean which is one block away, it was wonderful. But if one walked any other direction, it is a very bad neighborhood. It's an old hotel and could use some updating. The walls seemed very thin because one could hear people's conversation and other hotel rooms opening and closing down the hall. Front desk attendants are very responsive and tried hard to be courteous and helpful to all customers. There was a $9 fee to be able to park in a covered multi floor parking structure, otherwise, I saw no option for any other parking around the area since all available parking close to the hotel can be used only by paying the meters.

Nice place and pleasent staff and very clean! From the front desk to the room staff all were great. A little too much noise compared to my normal stays. Maybe due to all the swim meet teens that were staying at the same time? I would stay with them again for sure.

We truly enjoyed our stay; the staff are friendly. My husband took our son to the park and the aquarium. They are all within walking distance. In addition, Broadway is extremely close for anyone interested in the night life. The hotel's gym offers light weights and cardio equipment, so you can get a decent workout while there. The beds are very, very comfortable, but the towels are ridiculously hard.

It was a comfortable stay. The hotel was quiet and relaxing, not many things one can do in the hotel. But they do have a cafe lounge that I did not utilize. It was in good proximity of many things to do. I drove to San Pedro and ferried to Catalina. I also ended up on Pine Avenue where all the entertainments were bustling at night.

Nice staff and beautiful rooms. The parking garage was hard to access at first. Cost $10 to park. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

Stayed here one night for a attending a company cruise party at the shoreline yacht club. Excellent location. 10 minutes drive from the long beach airport and walking distance to the piers. Room was clean and spacious. Staff at front desk was very nice although house-keeping staff not so much. Overall a good experience and would surely stay here again. A little over-priced in my opinion.

This is a convenient Hotel and not too fancy. I enjoyed my stay because it is close to many restaurants and is connected well by local transport and train to Los Angeles. There is free internet access in the room and also a coupple of public computers to visitors if they don't have a laptop. I recommend staying in the hotel if one is visiting Long Beach.

The mattress was very comfortable. The Breakfast was not vey good and the evening lounge/restaurant were closed. Again, the bed was very comfortable and the location was ideal for my business needs. Nearby restaurants were very good and the staff was helpful. Unfortunately the bar/restaurant were closed in the evening. The breakfast was way too pricey for what we had.

The location was excellent. The room was huge. Everything was top-notch. We,d just experienced a five star cruise to Alaska, and it felt as if we were still on board the ship! The event we were attending was at the Queen Mary in Long Beach, so we were very close by. Yes, I'd recomme3nd it to anyone of my friends, and some of them are very finicky.

The rooms were spacious, and very friendly staff. Something was wrong with the hot tub it was not hot. Very convenient location, clean and the staff was friendly. The pool did not get sun until late afternoon, the temp of the pool wasvery chilly, and the hot tub was extremely cold on our last night of the stay.

Okay for the price. Wall paper by drapes was peeling away.

There was a luggage rack outside the elevator with dirty towels on it. No towels at the pool.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable and I liked having a small balcony to enjoy the city lights at night. Paying extra to park.

Very clean, quiet and friendly staff. The location was perfect. It is in the center of the main attractions and retail stores.

Great location and excellent room! Did not like having to pay $10 for parking.

The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and the air conditioner did not work.

The location is great. Rooms felt economy in a nice hotel. Wonderful location, clean, friendly staff and definitely like to come again.

The location near the ocean and shopping district was great, very walkable. The marble floors in the elevator looked out of place, and the wood paneling in the elevators had been stripped in an unattractive way.

Great location, close to everything we needed. The pool was out of order. Friendly staff and very helpful. Some went out of their way to help us.
