The location is great, especially the Bass Hall and Convention center close by. I loved the room and the view, sheets and bed were really comfy. *NOTE the only place to take kids nearby is Chilli's unless you like smokey bars*

Location. No where near a 4 star hotel. Nice.

"This room was not worth the money spent. There are no amenities with this hotel. The size of the rooms are very small. The bathroom was average. There is no place in the front to unload luggage. One attendant at the front desk was quite rude. All in all, this wasn't what I would expect from a Marriott hotel. I do not plan on staying there again. "

Close walking distance to many types of venues. Parking garage awful service long wait, bedding moderate, room cleaning okay. Upon arrival the street address given is not the entrance to lobby so hard to find on a one way downtown. Valet garage around corner very tight space slow service but has a walk through back to hotel. Housekeeping did not replenish coffee station or was cups and glasses. Ice maker did not work on floor. Lines ill fitted and cheap bedding. The front desk was often unmanned and younger people running the show.

"For what I paid to stay at this hotel I expected a far better room. Pool is small and only 4 feet deep, spa was out of service."

High ceiling in the room made it feel more spacious. The orientation of the bathroom door was very crowed by the vanity/sink. Overall, we were happy with our stay. This was the first time my car has ridden on an elevator! (You just pull into the garage and the valets drive your car into an elevator and park it for you.) The high ceiling in our room made it appear more spacious. The only thing we didn't like was that there was a little wall by the bathroom door so it was very crowded trying to get in/out of the bathroom. Also, it would be nice to have a mini fridge and a microwave in the room.

Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed staying here very much. Staff was very nice and friendly and the room was very comfortable.

The beds were comfy with a down coverlet to boot, parking convenient. Small, limited bar, dining facilities, no vent in the bathrooom, finding a man's sock on our floor. My friend and I found the hotel very comfortable and quiet. The desk and parking staff was courteous and helpful. When we were lost returning at night, someone at the hotel was able to give us good directions to guide us back. A handout map of the downtown area would have been helpful to us.

The Staff was awesome and the room was super clean! The Market had only junk food in it. We were met by a Witch at the counter. She sparkled with a super personality and gave us coupons and information we needed. The apples at the front desk saved us all 3 days as we are snack lovers! The room was a bit small, but perfect for our needs. It was clean and the bed was comfortable with a wide variety of pillows to suit our needs!

The staff was very nice and it was a very convenient location for our weekend. The parking was valet but they could only handle 2 - 3 cars at a time. Just to check in it took about 20 - 25 minutes just to park the car. The room was nice. The bed was very comfortable. We would stay again. The only problem was it took an unusual amount of time for parking due to limited space to drop your car off for the valet parking.

The beds even though not a king were comfortable. It took an hour to park when we arrived and over an hour to get our car to leave. This hotel refused to give us a king bed instead of the 2 double beds. The parking garage was a nightmare.

Good, central location. Very dated, odd layout. The hotel was in a very convenient central location. Valet parking was in a small, awkward garage. Common spaces were nicely updated. The rooms were small with very dated furniture and decor. I did like the high ceilings though. I must say that the renovated bathrooms were very nice as well. The room had a strange layout though. You could not exit the bathroom if someone was standing at the vanity/sink.

Lots of electrical outlets in the room. Good iron.

Location. Housekeeping. The front desk staff was very friendly and very considerate. Housekeeping could use some work. I did not have my DND sign up and they knocked on my door when I did not respond quick enough they tried to enter my room but the dead bolt was secured. At that point they should have left but she continued to knock, when I answered the door she asked me when we would be out of our room. We were checking out that day and it made me feel rushed, it was only 9:00 no where near check out time. I thought it was rude.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very small. The first room was very nice and roomy, but it had a bad smell of sewer, they gave us a different room. It was very small and the TV was on a side wall you had to lay crowdies on the bed to watch TV. The location was excellent in downtown Ft. Worth and there was quite a bit to do there.

Excellent valet parking in the hotel, superb location, useful lobby. Terrible telephone help. Mediocre front desk. Old meets new. This Courtyard hotel is the 82 year old Blackstone Hotel, and sits right on Main street. The only trick is entering: From Commerce St, turn west on 6th St toward Main St, and enter the valet parking garage from the south. The hotel is on the NE corner of 6th and Main. This is important to know, because the lady answering the phone at the front desk didn't know that. Valet parking was swift, courteous, and should be mandatory. Check-in was virtually instantaneous. We were asked what we were there for, and when we told them that we were there for the arts festival, they gave us a room overlooking the Main Street festival. Good coffees and teas in the lobby along with internet access. The rooftop pool was a bit small, but good for a dip. It did not seem "heated" as was proclaimed. The hot tub whirlpool in the workout area was excellent, and the workout room was good. The bakery downstairs is superb, and shouldn't be missed. Restaurants worth eating at: Mi Cocina and Daddy Jack's. Both nearby. The memory foam mattress originally felt too soft, but gave use each a great night's sleep. Altogether a lovely experience.

The location was great. Lots to do in walking distance. The room smelled like smoke. The experience overall was okay. The elevator parking is a little aggravating and the room smelled like smoke even though the hotel claims to be 100% smoke-free. But the staff was nice and helpful, the bed was comfy, and the location is right next to the square.

Close to bars in downtown. Way over priced. Nice hotel close to everything downtown but way over priced could have stayed in luxury 4 same cost charged 10 dollars to park was ridiculous.

It was very clean. The air condition unit was very loud and we could not sleep. The rooms were clean and the was clean however the air conditioner was so loud we could not sleep I would not stay there again.

Location. Small room. The hotel is obviously older but the rooms were nicely updated and clean.
