Our stay was great but was disappointed with the loud noise coming from the third floor. The city was hosting a little league world series tournament and there were kids on the loose running down the halls at all times of the day especially at night well into 11 pm. We were on the second floor and we could hear kids running down the hall on the third floor, yes we were in our room with the tv on and still could hear them. It rained so we were looking forward to the indoor pool only to find it filled with kids. Then decided to get a workout in and found it also filled with kids playing on the machines. That ruined the stay at the hotel, will never do this again. Will call next time to see if there is any kid activities going on.

Check in staff did not explain the hotel features or restaurant/bar availability.

My husband and I stqyed here the weekend after Thanksgiving. We had stayed previously and were very happy then. This time was quite a different story. We had the "romance package" which included champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. We assumed they would be waiting in our room.. We were wrong. We arrived at 3 pm and asked the desk... they were finally delivered around 730 pm.. when we were in the jacuzzi. There was no refrigerator to keep them cool while we went to dinner, so they were all melted down by the time we returned. We wanted to eat dinner in the restraunt downstairs. The bar and restraunt were totally unattended. After 10 mins, a man came by and asked if we wanted to eat. He said there was only one person working (the bartender) and he was making deliveries upstairs. We waited approx 20 mins (while 2 hotel employees watched tv in the bar) and the bartender never showed up. The hotel itself is very nice, but the service stinks!!!! We had a 2 pm check out time (included in the romance package)....even with the do not disturb sign on the door, we were hounded every hour by the housekeeping staff until we finally left. It was NOT a very enjoyable or romantic weekend and I felt like it was 206 wasted. I would not stay there again unless their service improves. The one really positive thing I can say is the breakfast was really good.

Nicely appointed room with very friendly staff. We really enjoyed the varied breakfast buffet in the mornings-omlets and waffles were great!

The beds and the size of the room. Nothing. Nice place to stay.

Walking into the hotel the hotel foyer was large and spacious. The layout is perfect. The hallways are wide, well lighted and decoraated. The room was clean and had full sets of towels, etc. As the kitchen was closed, the bar did not have access to a knife at 11:00 to cut limes for drinks. Service Sunday morning in the dinig room was slow. We sat at a table for almost 10 minutes before someone came over to get our beverage order. The food was good but the service was unattentive. I would definetly stay there again and would recommend it to other.

Convenient location, well taken care of, secure area as the police station was close, gym and pool were a nice necessity. Nice hotel for business, well taken care of, clean, close to convention center and loved the pool. Staff was very helpful and attentative.

After many hit or miss hotels along the way of our vacation this Courtyard Marriott was the best. It's almost brand new and the hotel staff was wonderful. The rooms and pool areas were extra clean & they had free pool toys for the kids to use. The whole family enjoyed the numerous board games that you were able to "check out" from the from desk at no charge. Our only complaint was breakfast the next morning. The buffet was over priced and the food quality was fair at best. The waitress we had was slow and seemed very uninterested in being at work that morning. On an up-note, the Food Service Manager must have realized that our service was terrible and did not charge us for the meal.

Clean and fresh downtown near local night life comfortable. The restaurant. Our stay at the hotel was very nice. It was clean, quiet and comfortable in the room and lobby. The staff was very helpful. The hotel was located in a secure part of town so walking at night was not an issue.

For us, non-smoking was a problem. That is really something that should be stated before the purchase. We would be more likely to use in the future.

It was very nice for the price. My aunt saw a cockroach in her bathroom and kid's were running up and down the hallway at 11:00pm at night. I liked it very much. The front desk staff were very pleasant and my room seemed to be nice and clean and quiet.

Very comfortable hotel. Great price on a very comfortable room. Well worth getting off I-40 to stay there. I felt very comfortable leaving my packed van in the parking lot as the police station is next door. Friendly staff but was surprised to be charged $10 for breakfast buffet.

A newer hotel. AC did not work! It was hot in the room. Granted it is winter time but it had been hot outside and the AC did not work. It was hot and uncomfortable. It made for a rough nights sleep.

Rooms and common areas very clean. Location, it is a little out of the wayof the main restaurants and shopping area. I enjoyed my stay at the Courtyard, the rooms and common areas were very clean and the decor was inviting. I didn't eat at the restaurant, I did look at the breafast menu, which only offered four entrees, no fresh fruit or hot cereal on the menu, or you could eat the breakfast buffet. A minor inconvience is the location, the hotel being situated down town is a little out of the way from the major area of restaurants and shopping if you like staying closer to those conviences.

Easy access to places I wanted to go. No fault of hotel, but roudy guests on floor. This was a perfect place for us to stay--easy access to places we wanted to go. Would be happy to stay here again.
