I was on business, and grew up in Edmonton, and new where to stay and where I shouldn't stay. This location is right downtown beside the Mac, with a fabulous view. The price was amazing. But the best thing was the SERVICE. I have travelled all over the world and this was the best service I ever received, from every member I dealt with, save for one. They go out of there way to take care of your concerns. I had difficulty with Valet parking as my truck was too big for the underground, so for security, they moved it at night right in front of the door to "watch" it. It is downtown so there is a few homeless people, but all was great. Even the noise of downtown was not audiible from my room. Will definately make this my new hotel for my Edmonton Trips.

I was a little bummed this was the only hotel we could find when we went to Edmonton, I really had my doubts when I first pulled up, I was thinking to myself what a different hotel, a little strange.. But let me tell you ths is the best hotel we have every stayed in while visiting Edmonton, We highly recommend it..Staff is AWESOME! It truly is a gem...

Very nice. The need for valet parking was too expensive - but necessary. I would stay again - the downtown area was something I would like to do when I had more time. The views from our room were fantastic - the North Saskatchewan River Valley.

The room was clean, elegant and equipped with a lavious bathroom. The service was incredibly poor. The hotel location was excellent, one can travel by walking to most every downtown destination.

Clean, quiet and accommodating staff. Loved the jacuzzi tub. Overbooking the parking lot.

Parking system. The savings are lost in the parking you have to pay for daily, you can't buy a few days worth up front, you have to go before 9am everyday to pay.

Easily accommodated 2 children when we had not originally planned to have any with us. Expensive parking.

Views were beautiful. Service excellent. The salad I ordered off the room service menu was limp, very disappointing. Great business location, next to the Shaw Conference center and Canada Place. Secure valet parking. Good value.

Comfortable well kept room with a super view and excellent public lounge with internet services. No pool and no table with chairs in the room. Overall, our stay was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they have a really nice lounge with internet access which was helpful when we were looking for a place to have dinner. I found that you needed to ask for the things you want such as a list of restaurants close to the hotel but they did have these items. We were very disappointed that they did not have a pool as we were traveling with our grandchildren and wanted to take them swimming. They do have an exercise room at this hotel but we did not check it out. Overall though, our stay was excellent.

Great staff, awesome room and good location. No free parking on site, must use valet parking at 22.00 a day.

Location, beds. Costly parking and not a lot of reasonable alternatives.

The room was nice and spacious with a great view. Front desk was kind of snotty. This hotel is in a convenient area of downtown Edmonton, comfortable, and has a nice bathroom.

Proximity to LRT(subway system) and restaurants. Poor water pressure in shower- no hot tub, suana or pool.

Excellent room and staff. Lobby area is small - parking is difficult. An excellent hotel located very close to the Shaw Center. Great room with an excellent view.

View of river and downtown. I have stayed at many hotels in Edmonton over the last three months and this was the best, even though other hotels are there this is my first choice.

The hotel was excellent. The location of the hotel , the price of parking. Amazing views from the rooms, the check-in staff was friendly and helpful. Be sure to grab a cup of delicious lemony water from the business center on your way out the door!
