This hotel is located downtown on the 16th street outdoor mall. It is close to the Colorado Convention Center and many other downtown attractions. The building has been converted from a former store so the rooms are smaller than normal. I found the staff helpful and the room was clean. I found the location the best part about this hotel.

Excellent location, decent gym, easy access to business center, complimentary coffee. No mini-fridge to store beverages or leftovers. Hotel is in an excellent location, right on the 16th Street Mall. The rooms were nice. The workout facility was decent. There were three computers and a printer available for use in the lobby.

Stayed 2 nights downtown for the convenience of getting to the Broncos/Colts game without having to worry about parking. This hotel allowed us to come and go as we pleased with no worries and had everything within arms reach.

Very convenient for attorney in Denver or business with the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals .It was only 3 blocks away in a very easy walk.

This is a nice place right on the 16th Street Mall -- about 2 blocks from Writer's Square; 3 from Larimer Square. The shuttle stops right outside the front door. The valet guys were very friendly and made us feel welcome each time we returned. The in-house restaurant was great. Plus you can get to the Starbucks and Break the Mold candle shop without going outside ? not an issue in July but could be a deal-breaker in January. The only issue we had was keeping the shower temperature constant ? it tended to run cold.

Many rooms faced the atrium of the hotel be prepared for a noisy late night during the weekends, surprisingly quiet during the mornings.

This hotel had a nice location downtown, just off 16th street mall and 2 blocks from Buell Theater. I did not like the fact that we had to pay for parking at this hotel, 22.00 a day. This hotel was okay, it was clean and friendly, however I doubt I will stay again. Room cards failed to operate elevators and having to pay for parking, (22.00 a day) didn't seem right.

Quick check in, soft and restful mattress. No HDTV, only Standard Definition. An interesting Courtyard in a very urban location. Rehab of 19th century building means high ceilings and 19th architecture. Well done.

Location. Tiny room, needed rollaway for our daughter. This hotel would be okay for a business traveler who needs to be in downtown Denver. The room was tiny and once the rollaway was in we couldn't even walk in the room. I was told that the room would have a fold out bed in a couch which was not true. Also, the room seemed old and needed updating.

Fantastic location, very nice lobby, andvery nice room. Had a great stay at this fabulous Courtyard Marriott in downtown Denver. Great location, very nice spacious lobby, friendly staff, room was very clean, upscale, and large. Really enjoyed my experience and the price was fantastic. I would stay here every time I come to downtown Denver. Was so pleasantly surprised!

Hotel security was fabulous. Hard to find the coffee shop. Hotel was updated, comfortable and safe. Staff was very good at answering any questions and they were the best regarding guest safety.
