Room was large and well furnished. Additional charge of $18/night for parking. I got a good deal on this hotel through Priceline, but, at check in, was surprised by the $18/night valet parking charge. The only alternative was to park at a public garage a block away for $6/night, as there is no curbside parking. This really soured the deal for me. Room was pretty nice, but the AC was noisy and there was no fridge or microwave. Overall, this hotel would be good for travelers who are shuttling in or otherwise making use of off site transportation. If you have your own ride, look elsewhere.

"At our stay the pool was cold, the hot tub was cold. I have small children and that is why we chose that hotel. There was no hot cocoa. Kids don't drink coffee. I feel they should have stocked up on that(BIG convention going on that weekend). Room was very cold, the heater didn't work. I spoke to two front desk employees who had zero customer service skills. I feel my stay was awful for being a Marriott. I feel I didn't get compensated appropiately. However, the rooms were nice size and clean."

I had a great time at this hotel the location was perfect for being in the middle all that I wanted to do which was go to the Columbus Blue Jackets hockey games. The only thing that I did not like was the fact that there was some type of convection of some sorts and the kids/adults from this convention were acting all loud. The staff was more then helpful and the valet parking was nice added addition. I would stay there again and would recommend that other people stay there as well

The room was very nice and clean, great flat screen TV. The bed was comfortable and I would most definitly stay again. Very convenient to Nationwide Arena and nice restaurants were close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Too many stairs in lobby. Good place to stay in downtown Columbus. Rooms are large. Beds are comfortable. Staff is great.

"Being notorious for not having any sense of direction I found the staff at this Courtyard to be extremely helpful and patient. The hotel is nicely situated in the city for easy access to the major freeways without too much ""inner city driving""Also, as a recommendation, if you get a chance try dinner at the ""Elevator"" right around the corner."

They have ear plugs in the room if the street noise is too much. Pool area was great

Convenient location. Shabby room. The room was small and run-down, with worn carpeting and shabby furniture. The layout of the furniture also was odd. The television was to the side of the bed, which faced the one small window. The window had eastern exposure, which made it difficult to sleep in the mornings.

The staff was extremely friendly and out going. The staff was extremely friendly and outgoing. More so then I would expect of them. The room was what I would expect from a Marriott Courtyard.

Great location andfriendly staff. Not enough towels in room. Coffee maker but no coffee pot or cups. Nice enough hotel. I didn't realize the only parking was valet, although they were very nice. Room could have better equipped with towels, etc.

Noise level, I could hear people in the rooms next door and above-even hear them going to the bathroom! Convenient to parking garage! Helpful, friendly staff. Nice breakfast buffet. Nice pool area and exercise facility.
