This was a very clean hotel with friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep! A little street noise, but by 11:00 that was gone. Nice place for families -walking distance to IMAX, Aquarium and lots of dining.

Conveniently located to all attractions downtown! We were pleased with every aspect. Great!

Location is worth the cost. We traveled with a 3 and 7 year old. Minor league park, water fountains, dinner cruise, aquarium, children's museum, places to eat and no trinket shops! Our boys loved the free electric shuttle that runs from the Choo Choo to this hotel with all kinds of stops for tired little ones to jump on. Hotel was safe, clean and has indoor pool that is basic. Breakfast buffet costs and there are no chain restaurants in sight. Our king room had a pull out sofa bed and was tight, but we were only in the room to get cool. Room is close enough to run back for snacks and naps.

Price. They didn't tell me it was $7 to park and I got a bill under my door. Good for business travelers. Not ideal for families.

Our family stayed here for 4 nights over the 4th of July and we had excellent rooms. The staff was friendly and accomidating at all times. Our view was beautiful, facing the aquarium and Tennessee River, we watched the fireworks right from our room, and since it was a corner room, we got a great view of the baseball stadium fireworks also. The free shuttle is right outside, so access to all of downtown is easy and free. You would have never guessed that renovations were taking place while we were there, because it was so quiet. The pool area was neat and clean. Restauant was nice and clean and breakfast service was very good. It's not a free breakfast, but was worth the cost. We truely enjoyed our stay and the entire staff.

Loved the location of the hotel. Parking deck was not directly beside the hotel. The hotel had a great location. It was in the middle of a lot of attractions. Close to Lookout Mtn as well. I will definitely be back!

This hotel was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room was spacious and very clean. Many restaurants and aquarium within walking distance. Located on the riverfront. We will stay there when we visit again.

Very pleasant front desk and maid service! Slow elevator for the parking garage. This is a very friendly, comfortable hotel. The shower and bathroom provisions (towels, shampoo, etc.) were of a high quality. Rooms are spacious. (The view wasn't spectacular, but it is a downtown hotel) Very convenient to quality dining, tourist attractions, and pleasant walk ways.

This hotel is in a great location. Aquariums and Imax across street. Resturants(6) located on next block. Excellent service. Easy to get to other tourist attractions.

Great location and hotel staff was very pleasant. Hotel was not very clean.

Clean, convenient to everything. The parking deck for use by the hotel guests was a nightmare. This isn't the hotel's fault entirely, but it was a major issue. Very convenient, right across the street from the Aquarium and IMAX, nice views, Creative Discovery Museum and other attractions are walking distance.

Downtown location near museums, restaurants. Great downtown location in comfortable, safe walking neighborhood. Nice introduction to Chattanooga for us - I would go back!

Trip for our 8 year old grandson and it was great for all of us. No problems or dislikes. From the moment we arrived the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and roomy, pool was warm and clean and the restaurant was good and reasonable. The location was perfect for our weekend of downtown Chattanooga enjoyment.

Location was excellent! Staff offered garage parking as if free, but it appeared on Check-Out bill. Not cool! Easy to find hotel, great location next-door to local attractions (Aquarium, IMAX, River front), hotel staff very friendly & helpful. Room was clean and accommodating, with TV/internet/fridge in room. (wireless however not available in room. bummer!) Dining room in hotel was small and meal was overpriced. A free continental breakfast would have been a nice touch.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Carpets worn in lobby. Great location, friendly and helpful staff, will stay there again!

Location. No microwave in the concession stand. Cold sandwiches. Very good. I'll go back.
