Renovations shut down pool, courtyard and laundry room and gave them the idea to put a refrigerator and microwave in our closet. No room to hang clothes. Bedding that would have been stored in closet was moved to chest of drawers, which left little room for any clothes. We draped clothing over TV (so we didn't watch TV). Room very small. Advertised as a courtyard room but view was actually of another building. I saw a woman rescued from an elevator that wouldn't open, but no warning sign was ever put up after that event. Hallways dirty (never vacuumed in the 6 days we stayed). I was eventually told that guest laundry was working, but found that washer did not spin out the water so I had sopping clothes to deal with. This hotel was a terrible representation of their brand. Not at all what we would have normally expected.

Slept, visited with family, had meals. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They waited on us "hand and foot". It was much appreciated. I've never stayed there before but intend to when I have to return. I stayed in downtown Boise near the hospital as I had business there and it was very conveniently located next to it.

The room was very nice. Hall ways were not clean. I was disappointed with this hotel cleanliness and the staff was not friendly.

Lovely courtyard, pleasant staff, good breakfast. I really like the Marriott Courtyard hotels. Even though suites were available, they refused to allow me to upgrade to a suite. I was forced to purchase an additional room for my travel companion.

Desk staff was well dressed and professional. Lack of parking for vehicles with trailers. Hotel and rooms were well maintained and clean. Security doors operated properly. Front desk staff was very pleasant and well presented.

This hotel has an upscale feeling and the decor in the rooms is outstanding. It was located about three miles from the freeway. This is a new, very clean hotel with an upscale feel. The room decor is beautiful and very comfortable, complete with Internet access. It includes a restaurant. There are flat screen TVs in the rooms. A Perkins restaurant is next door.

No soundproofing between rooms. Nice looking facility, but don't plan on sleeping! No noise dampening between rooms and no real security at night to enforce quiet rules.

Good location and easy to find. Very attractive and a good location to go for a walk in the early morning. I liked the hotel a lot. I thought that the beds were a little small for two adults.

It was clean neat and the staff was great! Room was clean and neat didn't see hairs on floor. Exercise Room very small could face the tread mills toward a window. This is what a Marriott is clean nice their was little noise and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Location for all the things I wanted to do in Boise. No complaints. Very friendly/helpful staff. Clean room and lobby area. Really nice.
