I was in Seattle for a four day convention. I got to the Hotel late so I washed up and went to bed. When I woke up I was very surprised to find someone else's bodily fluid that where on the sheets were I was sleeping. It was so gross. When I told the staff about it they where very unprofessional about it and tried to fix it with a free breakfast.... Gee thanks! I didn't even stay in the room the next night and just couldn't enjoy myself in that hotel after that. I will probably never stay in a Marriott again and I will tell all my friends about my experience!

Clean and close to freeways. Charged $10 per day parking; dining room was overpriced. The hotel is very nice but the $10 per day charge for parking and the lack of reasonable restaurant facilities are distractions.

Great location, but all downhill after that. Couldn't seem to get shampoo delivered despite 2 calls to front desk and a friendly note. Then tried to overcharge on checkout. Shockingly poor service.

The breakfast was great- waffles, cereal, a variety of breads, yogurt, and fresh fruit- as well as eggs, sauasage, and bacon! Very tasty and convenient. There is also a shooping mall close to the hotel with several restaurants for lunch/dinner.

Staff were super helpful and cheery! It was not clear that there was free coffee avail in lobby, nor that the newspapers were free. A great location, well designed lobby, with an exceptional breakfast buffet and a starbucks in the hotel. An adequate bar, and well designed rooms with windows that actually open to let fresh air in. Wonderful indoor pool and jacuzzi; good gym.

On my recent stay at the Bellevue Downtown Courtyard, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided by all staff. The front desk made check-in very easy and efficient, and my breakfast server was extremely friendly. Rooms are quite spacious and I was able to walk to the convention center nearby. I will definitely be back on future trips.

Courtyard Seattle Bellevue/Downtown was very comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable. I liked the fact that there was a refrigerator in the room. I also liked that they had a 24-hour convenient store. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Registered for 3 nights - key card programmed for only 2 and was locked out of parking garage & room. Housekeeping banged on door before 10 am on Sunday morning to make up room. Returned to room at 4:00pm and room had not been made up. Advertised coffee in lobby at 6:00am - not ready at 6:30 - front desk very rude when asked when coffee would be ready.

Spacious and clean. Check out was easy on a Sunday morning. Access to the hotel is limited and confusing due to construction. The hotel met our expectations, except it was very challenging and frustrating to access the hotel by car.
