There was a group of girls staying there to play softball and ran around knocking on your door and giggling during bedtime. Our air conditioner was leaking when we checked in and kept on leaking and took over a bit of room our stuff got wet etc. Sent engineer in and he just said it would eventuallydry out. It never did. There was junk around the pool area that was never cleaned up and a dead bird outside visible from pool that disturbed our kids and was there for several days. They didn't come to clean the room until late afternoon and needed clean towels earlier when wanted to shower. We did stay around 4th of July so maybe they were short staffed. We were in town for a wedding. The elevator was out for a couple of days while we were there which could be difficult for some folks but we worked around it.

The desk staff was excellent. However the room was clean at first appearance but after finding a man's sock under the bed skirt and tooth picks and trash between the bed and wall, maybe it wasn't as clean as it looked. A refrigerator would have been a nice addition and most hotel rooms have them. Having my two granddaughters with me I did appreciate the courtyard for them to play in. I can't praise the desk staff enough as they were excellent and went out of their way to be of assistance.

The hotel was clean and well maintained and the staff were courteous and efficient. I enjoyed the stay and will stay there again when I need to travel to the Denver Tech Center.
