We stayed one night on July 4, 2009 for race day festivities. Price was very high for race day $399 + tax, but given close proximity to track and free airport taxi, there was no need for rental car. Check in seemed to take forever because the one person at the desk (who was very friendly) was constantly interrupted by phone calls. Pool was very welcome on a HOT July day. Room was super clean and spacious, and bed was very comfortable. Room was very quiet, especially given the significant number of rowdy, drunken race fans. The morning breakfast buffet was about what you would expect for free from a $109 Hampton Inn, so the $10+ charge per person seemed uncalled for, given that we'd paid over $400 to stay there one night. That said, the positives outweighed the negatives, and I was generally pleased with my stay.

Great bed, great shower, good lighting in the room, and free internet. Slightly busy location, seems very close to airport (but not at all noisy). I was highly impressed with this hotel! VERY comfortable beds (memory foam, maybe?), spacious and clean room, free and easy internet access in the room (wireless and LAN), awesome shower, and did I mention the beds were fabulous?

We booked numerous rooms here (16) for a First Holly Communion. The hotel was very convienent and centrally located to get everywhere that we needed to be. The hotel staff was very nice. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was GREAT and was included because of the number of rooms we booked. Even if I had to pay for the meals at the normal rate, I would have no problem with it. Negative aspects: Well, I had to call two times for extra towells after they didn't respond the 1st time .They also need an extra waffle maker in the breakfast area, the line was horrible. Overall, great stay! I believe everyone who booked a room under our party was pleased with thier stay at the Courtyard by Marriot Daytona Beach.

Hotel was clean and a great place to shower and take a nap. Right next to the airport. Lots of noise. My wife and I stayed here Twice and had great service and clean rooms both times.

We were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves in a spacious double queen suite. The living area was spacious and clean. A wet bar with mini fridge microwave and spacious countertop and cabinets.The bedroom the same. It's not on the beach but it is still nice to look out on the pool . Some rooms have small balconies. the windows are screened and open for fresh air. The breakfast offers omletts to order among many other items. We were happy and will stay there again.

Convenient to ERAU where our son attends. Internet use in room was broken. Internet use in room, connecting wire broken. Exchanged different wire from front desk and it still didn't work. Engineer came to room and removed wall jack and rewired jack. Still no internet. My son took my computer to his dorm room and it worked perfectly, it wasn't an issue with my laptop. The pool wasn't clean, bugs and leaves floating and a lawn chair and towel bin in the bottom of the pool!

The scenery was beautiful and the hotel was gorgeous. The Courtyard Marriott is a great place to stay. It is clean and has beautiful grounds. The hotel staff is very family friendly. Anyone would love to stay here because of the hotel itself and its great location to the beach and shopping.

The bed was cozy and the shower had lots of pressure. The fire alarm kept going off. The fire alarm went off but they offered us a free night stay anywhere in the USA totally worth the loss of sleep.

Very friendly. Fire alarm going off at 5:00am and then again every 15 minutes for two hours because of testing it. Very nice hotel great location.

The staff. The room maintenance. The staff was pleasant and at first glance the room seemed nice. I ended up having a problem with the air in the room after I went to sleep. I had the worst night sleep ever and I kept waking up, because the AC just kept getting colder. I woke up to a 50 degree room that morning. I was very upset because I had I very important job interview at 7:30 that morning and it was very uncomfortable getting ready. After, telling the staff to have it checked out they told me that they knew a few of the rooms had that problem. They did compensate me for the trouble and were very, very nice.

I liked the cleanliness, friendliness, and convenience to the race track. There wasn't anything I didn't like. It provided convenience, comfort and cleanliness. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to others . The staff was exceptionally friendly.
