This hotel is an absolute delight for the money and the best that you will find in North Dayton. The check-in was flawless even though the hotel was filled. The room was like a 4-star hotel with new bedding and linen. It had a flat screen TV as well. The cleanest bathroom of any hotel in recent memory. The indoor pool is on the small side but very clean. This hotel is right across the street from a major shopping center and there are plenty of restaurants around. The Air museum is 10 minutes away. My only average comment is that there is a nominal charge for the buffet breakfast. This hotel is still worth the moderate price.

Very nice & clean space. I am always disappointed when a continental breakfast is not included. Could not access WiFi. On a Friday night, it was a busy place, but my room was quiet and clean. Next time I'm in town there, I will probably look for a place or package where breakfast is included.

I arrived at this hotel on a Thursday evening. I walked into the room and very dissatisfied. The room was very old and dingy. It had a stale odor and the phones and television was down. The beds in the hotel are very low to the ground and there is a mock comforter(table runner) on the bed that I thought was the comforter until I tried to pull it on top of me. I went to the front desk to let them know of the complaints I had and was told that I was getting a good rate for the room so therefore I should not have any complaints. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you want to pay overprice for a sleezy motel.

Great location near all highways, stores, restaurants and theaters. Room was cleaned daily but could have been a little better. I wish they had a complimentary breakfast. Excellent hotel with the perfect location. The only thing missing was a complimentary breakfast.

I recently stayed at this hotel on a business trip. It is clean, however the service is terrible! When I booked on this site it was a good buy hotel and you had to pay up front. When I checked in I gave my debit card for incidentals. Imagine my shock when they charged the full hotel amount to my card and held all my money in my personal account. The front desk employee deleted the online tyravel web site information and it took 3 days to get it resolved. Everytime I asked for a manager I was told one was not available and NO ONE would assist me. Once I got someone to assist they said they would do what they can and they hoped it would be resolved by the end of my stay. There was no urgency in resolving the issue. They don't care that they make mistakes. "I can't help you" is an unexceptable answer to your customers. If you stay here put your incidentals on a credit card, not your debit card unless your bank is better able to assist you. And ensure they have your online travel web site information at check in.

We thought Candace, at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful. This hotel, is under renovation for two months for mold issues on the exterior and interior.

Very close to everything I needed. The hotel smell was awful we left the window open as much as possible but our screen fell out! The hotel was close to everything. But it had a bad smell in the room we'd have to let it air out before we could eat or sleep or enjoy anything in it. And we couldn't leave the patio door open because as soon as we opened the screen door it fell off! And I was charged for the repair!

Very helpful and accomodating. Good place to stay. Pool temperature felt too cold. Good location. Close to malls, eateries. Close access to many things too numerous to list. I would stay there again if I had the chance. Nice place.

Staff was very friendly, helpful and accessible. Lack of ice on second floor and at hotel bar. It was easy to get around; services were good, comfortable rooms, quiet, great location, many food places nearby, near major highways and Wright-Paterson AFB.
