Pleasant staff for the most part, housekeeping helpful. No Continental breakfast or snack machines on each floor. Nice Hotel, friendlies staff, soda and vending machine on each floor would be great.

The hotel was nice and clean, not spectacular, but definitely acceptable. Centrally located, right off the highway behind the mall. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The restaurant in the hotel had pleasant decor but the wait staff left something to be desired; it took a lo-o-ong ti-ime for EVERYTHING. This was in stark contrast to the Appleby's nearby; they (Appleby's) were great!

Since I do not need handicap accessibilty, I would prefer that thoe rooms were reserved soley for those how need the assistance

All went very well from check-in to check-out. We had trouble finding this hotel. they, perhaps could make it more visible. But in trying to find the hotel, we did find a great restaurant.

Not much. Poor customer service. The pool was broken, the room was flooded and he put us in a handicapped room, then a single for 1. They didn't care at all. We first arrived to find out that the room was flooded due to a broken air conditioner. A man moved us to a handicapped room with only a shower. I wanted a bath. He then moved us to a small room in the corner made for a single person. 1 coffee cup, towels for one and pillows for one. The never put down the cot and I had to actually sleep with my son. I complained to the staff and nothing was done at all. They claimed the hotel was full but I don't think it was.

Clean comfortable room, friendly cautious staff. Price of breakfast. We required two double beds for the room and the hotel was happy to accommodate us with the request. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was OK and I thought it was overpriced at $12.00. The fitness room was usable and the pool area was very nice even though I did not use it. It is a well maintained property.

We had to switch to a different room due to broken TV but they took care of it quickly and efficiently. We had room service from the restaurant which was quick and very good - we wished we had had a full meal in the restaurant after sampling how great the room service was.

Comfort. Room was too small. Overall, my stay was very good, as typical of Marriott. My only complaint was that the room was too small. I have stayed in Courtyard by Marriott locations before and they were always larger.

Courtyard is a good brand. Good staff and facility. No free breakfast. Excellent quality. Restaurant is very good and it's nice to have it at the hotel. I don't like going out after arriving. Great staff.

Convenient, right off highway. Had to go down to lobby for vending. Standard Courtyard Marriott. I left my pajamas in the room and the hotel FedEx Overnited them to me at no cost-I couldnt believe it. They'll keep me as a repeat customer when I'm in the area!

Convenient to shopping areas. No indoor pool. Easy to find right off the highway. Lots of shopping and dining options nearby. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

I got a migraine, and they extended my check out time 2 hrs! Wish it had an indoor pool and free buffet breakfast. The hotel, and the staff were great. The staff was friendly and kind. They extended my checkout time by 2 hours because I had a migraine. The room was clean, and it's a non-smoking Hotel. Modern and up to date, and located next to a Mall and lots of good stores. Close to Peabody, where there's another great Mall. Lots of Restaurants nearby too.

I like the multiple entrances and how well they took care of snow removal. It is behind the mall so was a little tough to find at first.
