This was the second time for me at this hotel with friends on a shopping trip to Raleigh. We had a fabulous time. The hotel is located just across from Crabtree Valley Mall where there was a great selection of shopping and restaurants.

Staff was pleasant and very helpful, went the extra mile. Hard to find, no sign on streets.

For the price this hotel is about 4 stars. Very clean and well kept, very good digital tv and some HD channels. The staff is very accomadating. This is a very well placed facillity on hilltop with dead-end st. Close to downtown and inside the inner beltline. I even called the mngr. to let him know how pleased we were. Contiuous Raleigh visitor.

We booked this room because I have a bad back, and we like having a whirlpool in the room. I was told when I called it was a full size whirlpool. It is not. It is an oversized bathtub with four jets. Only one of which worked. It was clean and comfortable, but not worth 160 a night. When I pay that kind of money I expect more. It is within walking distance to the mall and that is good because the traffic in and out is a nightmare. And if you don't know the area it is nearly impossible to find. But to be fair, it was clean and comfortable. And the staff was very friendly. If money is no object and you want to be close to the mall, this is the place for you.

We came for a wedding and stayed the hotel for two nights. The staff were very helpful, the room was clean, the bed was really comfortable with great pillows and bedding, the free internet connection came in handy, the shower was fantastic and the breakfast was excellent. All in all, a thumbs up - would definately stay again.

The room was awesome. The bed made you want to sleep all day. Lots of pillows. Great spa tub in room. Large room. Great value. Will plan to stay again.

They had free internet! This hotel is in a good location if you are doing business around the airport or on the west side of Raleigh. It is, however, very close to an excellent mall with a variety of food options and things to do at night.

Very clean, comfortable room. Front desk staff were courtesous and professional. Most of all Crabtree Mall across the street , I was able to use a side street to enter the parking deck of mall. It's within walking distance to resturants and shopping.

We've stayed at many Courdyards, including preceding week at Gettysburg, and have never been charged for breakfast...Sunday morning it was raining and we were dressed to-the-nines for a 55th Anniversary celebration...the front desk manager did not hahe an umbrella to loan us, so she went and got our car and brought it to the portico...that's service and with a smile

Good location, nice room, clean, andgood amenities. This is 2009. It is ridiculous to be charged for Internet access.

The room was spacious and I liked having the couch and the desk. Internet worked well and the new cafe is nice.

The lobby and restaurant were nice-looking. The dimension of the rooms, long, tall & narrow. Not cozy. Not crazy about location near Crab tree mall, lots of traffic getting off the highway. And the rooms felt sterile, and oddly tall, not cozy. The staff was good, and the lobby and public spaces were nice looking.

My family enjoyed the stay. The use if the computer. The free breakfast on weekends. The hotels service overall. The location was good for us. Very close to highways that made for convenient travel.

It is well known and I can depend on them to be the same.
