The hotel was in an excellent area only 1 block from the Plaza and had a nice park and fountain across the street. The room was nicely furnished and clean. Our experience here was very good and have already recommended it to others. We will definately be back.

We were in town for a family wedding and wanted to stay at the Plaza. I enjoyed this hotel more than any other hotel on the plaza for a number of reasons. Parking was convenient, hotel staff was helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable. The room was a little small, but I liked it beause it didn't feel like your typical hotel "box" and had a little character. The bathroom was a nice size, which is unusual for older buildings. I absolutely will stay there again!

Nicely re-developed former apartment building. Location was extremely convenient to the Country Club Plaza. Amenities were very nice, staff was friendly and helpful.

I stayed at this hotel over Memorial Day weekend with some college buddies. The location was great and the interior of the hotel was done very well. All of the rooms have plasma TVs. I am actually planning to stay here again in September when I bring my wife to Kansas City for a weekend getaway.

Nice room, a bit small. Very nice TV. Staff very good in all areas we were in. Whirl pool was a bit weak. Workout room very nice. Close to the Plaza with free parking.

the room was designed from a square from which they used over 1/4 for the bathroom. It made the sleeping area too tight and cell like ( the windows were high)

Desk clerk was excellent, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. A little hard to find and park. The hotel was very clean and inviting. The room was comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Great location and felt at home. No great views. The room is very cozy and the hotel is in a great location. Having a fridge, microwave and coffee maker is excellent.the staff is super friendly and nice.I didn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms,I'm not sure if it was because they were unoccupied, or because the walls are thick, butI liked the quiet.

It was in a very nice location with shops and eateries. The scenery has much to the eye. The view I had was looking at poles and lines. The room was small but cozy, quaint and very clean. The location was excellent and rich looking. Everything you need is very close by including a theatre. You can take a nice romantic walk along the river or if you have a view just stay in and watch the view. Yes, I would stay there again.

Customer service wentabove and beyond! Excellent staff! This hotel is very attractive and historic. Its location in walking distance to the Plaza was ideal. The staff went out of their way to make sure my daughter and I had all we needed as we were there for medical testing. I would recommend this hotel.
