We had a two night stay at this hotel in November and had a wonderful time. Centrally located, clean hotel, couteous staff.

The room was very SMALL for what we paid for. We discovered the nest morning that there was no hot water! So, we had to move (after we had uhnpacked eerything the night before) and move to another small room. We asked to speak to the general manager, but he was never"available." The GM should have at least apologized for our inconvenience.........he really should have comped us a night's stay or maybe a meal there. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AND WE WILL NEVER USE online travel website AGAIN. SORRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The location and staff were excellent. Broken shower head (mobile one). Required use of public parking at $39 per day. Raisin on the floor not vacuumed. This was a lovely facility. Our room was spacious and the hotel was in a convenient location. The breakfast buffet was delicious. It would be nice if that were included in the price of the room, along with the parking. The staff took care of all our concerns and were friendly and helpful.

Safe and convenient spot especially for visiting Fenway and Newbury St. eating/shopping district. Walked several blocks to Fenway and there crowds along the way. Valet parking is around 40. The hotel is nice, clean and quiet and a good value for the area. We were pleased and would return.

This hotel is in a great location with many restaurants nearby and beautiful riverside trail only blocks away. The room was very spacious and comfortable with nice view. It has a restaurant for breakfast, otherwise no food available in the hotel. With so many restaurants within a few blocks it's not a problem. No work out facilities, but with river trail nearby it's not a loss.

The hotel was nice, they did not have 2 queens that were confirmed for 4 people, so we got 1 king. At the end of the night my friends got a key to the room without being on the bill or having there name on the room. Very unsafe to be giving people room keys. Still have not heard back from managment.

I called ahead with three special requests (2 beds, no feathers, handicapped accessible) and all were accommodated when I arrived. The room was a suite with plenty of space. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful in answering questions. I would definitely stay again.

Location, clean & helpful staff. Lack of refrigeration in room. The location was perfect. So close to all the shopping and public transportation. The staff was helpful and the room clean and updated. I would have like to be able to keep my liquids cool but it lack refrigerator.

This hotel was very conveniently located from train station. Restaurants and Symphony Hall close as well. Great location, clean, nearly perfect for my purposes. Would stay there again.

Great location; spacious rooms andpublic space for relaxing. Very slow and small elevators. I would recommend this Courtyard over the one they have on Tremont Street. The rooms are more spacious, bathroom has a full tub, and the public areas are great! There is a large lounge with Wi-Fi access, restaurant off the lobby. Staff was very friendly. Free chocolate chip cookies in the lobby in the afternoon.

Valet parking was closed at 11 pm - if you returned to the hotel or wanted to go out after that time - you could not retrieve your car.

The hotel was clean and accommodated our whole family. We were really pleased with everything. The hotel was clean and comfortable for all five of us. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very nice, too.

Very convenient. Great part of city. Very small room. Overall a great place to stay.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights before moving hotels for a business conference. The hotel was 1 block from the shops on Newbury St. It's also about 3 blocks from the Common Gardens. Although valet parking was $42 a day, they didn't charge us to take out our car and they let us park there until 6pm on our checkout day. Internet was free. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They called a cab for us so that we didn't have to try to navigate the city at night, and helped us get Cirque du Soleil tickets. Great place. Will stay again!
