Exceptional service, esp from front desk staff. Lovely big room, with accessible bathroom. Everything very clean, breakfast buffet was excellent and very good value at under $15 for one person. Room was soundproof and hotel altho full was not noisy. Lots of restaurants nearby, from upscale McCormick & Schmick across the street to low budget Subway around the corner. Can't say enough good things about this hotel, the attitude of the staff is so exceptional. Obviously a lot of care goes into hiring & training by Marriott.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Pool is MUCH smaller than picture indicates. Bummer, since that's one of the reasons we chose it. Location good. Circulator bus stops right in front - so great for tourist trip.

This hotel is located in a great spot for touring all of the major landmarks. It also has an awesome restaurant/bar connected to it. Upon our arrival our vehicle was parked for us in a nearby garage & we never had a need to drive it until departure day. We were walking distance from everything, including some excellent restaurants. A+

Clean and comfortable. The staffs are not very helpful and did not know how to run a hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and at a convenient location close to the national mall. However, the staffs not have a good attitude toward customers, they made several mistakes regarding our reservation, including moving our room after the first day of our 3-day stay.

The room whilst pleasant was on the small size as was the bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and the best feature of the room. The location is very central to everything downtown & 1 stop from Chinatown Metro which made transportation very convenient.

Excellent location for walking tour of DC and good heating/AC system. Windows are jammed and cannot easily be opened for fresh air ventilation. The hotel is a good quality for the money. It is well maintained and the staff is congenial. Its best feature is the location. It is centrally located for touring Wash. DC. There are good restaurants, stores and bars nearby.

The location was close to many restaurants and sites. We have two young boys who didn't mind walking around to visit all the museums. (The Spy Museum is across the street from the hotel). The room was clean and provided free internet access. Our room had a King size bed and a pull out couch. We had to pay $24/night for valet parking. The heated pool was smaller than I expected and needed to be cleaned during our visit. We would not hesitate to book at this location again.

Good location. Rooms facing F Street are very noisy due to neighboring nightclub. Lovely lobby, great location. Avoid rooms facing F street on Thurs/Fri/Sat night as noise from the nightclub across the street will keep you awake until 2:00 am. Staff was not helpful regarding this problem.

This hotel had one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! Pool is VERY small. Location is convenient to most locations in DC. Walked to Verizon Ctr. Would definitely stay there again. Staff was very friendly. Food was great.

Location. Expensive parking. Nice, clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Small, but nice pool and hot tub which the kids really enjoyed after a long day of touring.

This is not a luxury hotel but it offers all you need for a comfortable stay. Great location. Fabulous staff. Each one nicer and more helpful than the next. The rooms are clear and a good size. I'd stay here again with no question.

Superior location for Washington DC White House was short walk away. Elevators were not working well. Clean well appointed hotel, in excellent location for walking to many sites of DC. Pricelines excellent price we got.

The location is convenient to EVERYTHING. Food, attractions, metro stops. Very clean and friendly. The hotel is on the upscale end of the Courtyard chain. The staff was courteous and friendly upon arrival. The room was spotless and spacious. The housekeeping staff was helpful and quick. I did not have a room with a view but that's not what I was there for. The hotel also offers room-service through the Gordon Biersch restaurant which is attached to the hotel.
