Hotel was located in a great spot, the staff was helpful and friendly. Loved the free wi-fi in my room. Would stay there again.

Not nearly clean enough. Both the room and the pool area were very, very dirty.

Clean and appearance quality. Toilet seat slid around and darkening drapes did not close so light woke us up early. The staff was nice. Confusing AC you use wall thermostat, but AC in room did not note this. Room darkening curtains did not meet completely, so early sun made it difficult to sleep past sunrise.

It had free internet and computers for guests in the lobby. It didn't say that breakfast is served. We found out the morning of checkout. It was fabulous. Check-in, maids all friendly and spoke to us, always with a smile on their faces. There were computers for our use in the lobby, free of charge. Our room had a microwave and refrigerator. I was traveling with my 23 year old son who is always hungry. The attached restaurant, Bennigann's, was great. Nice people and great, huge meals. Clean pool, hot tub and exercise equipment. My only complaint would be that no one told us that a breakfast was served daily in the lobby. I didn't find that info in the room either. We stayed four days and three nights and discovered breakfast when we were checking out. (We went out daily for breakfast, not knowing one was provided behind some pillars and plants in one section of the lobby.)

The cleanliness of the hotel; and the people were very kind. The loud group of folks staying up all night next to us. Unfortunately I realize this is not the hotels fault; but, it wasn't very fun. We enjoyed our stay. We were home on emergency leave and dealing with our father who underwent brain surgery. So, the rest was needed and we received it and felt comfortable at the hotel. Beautiful building, site, etc. And the hotel was just minutes from Boone County Hospital.

The bed and pillows. TV washard to see while in bed. It was pleasant!

Very clean, quiet rooms, excellent beds. Pool water was slightly chilly. Hotel was a great value. The rooms were clean and very modern. The beds were the most comfortable beds I've ever had at a hotel, and there were tons of pillows.

The location and convenience of the hotel and restaurant were very good. I didn't like the fact that the refrigerator was located at the head of the bed. The hotel was wonderful except a little noisy.

Very clean and connected to resturant. Kids running in the hall on Friday night.

Location, clean, up to date and service. Free breakfast and would have been nice.

The room felt very plush and relaxing. Considering the cost of the room, I felt that breakfast should have been complimentary. It was way over priced!

The hotel was very clean & comfortable, easy check in & out. Our hair dryer did not work, neither did our friends room. The front desk said they have problems with them a lot. Perhaps they should fix the problem

This hotel was very spacious, clean and easy to access. Did not have a free continenetal breakfast. Very nice hotel that had basically everything we needed for our stay. Most importantly, it was clean! Great stay!

It was clean and the staff was friendly. The indoor pool was small. We enjoyed our staff at the Courtyard and would stay again. The lobby and rooms where tastefully decorated and very clean.

Nice room, well appointed. Breakfast was not complimentary. I think the room was nice, I am not fond of the hand held shower concept at all.
Date of Stay:
February, 2009
The room was very pleasant, and the beds were super soft and comfortable. The pool was cold and on the small side. There was not a cont. breakfast. You have to pay $9.00 per person at buffet or have prepaid vouchers.
Date of Stay:

Easy access to MU. Don't have a dislike. The hotel personnel are always friendly and helpful, the rooms are well arranged and kept, the meals are adequate and I really like the refrigerator and microwave. It is handy for multi day stays and medications that much be refirgerated.

The comfortable bed. Front desk staff was not very organized & lines were long. Front desk staff were college students that were not very customer orientated but were adequate. Facilities are great though!

Great common area. Really nice. Definitely would stay there again.

Staff was super nice. I prefer a pretty firm mattress, the one in my room was a little soft. Very nice place, I would definitely consider staying here again, clean, good location & friendly staff.
