The location of the hotel was wonderful. The staff was very friendly on the phone before I arrived and just great when I did get there.I was extremely happy with the cleanliness of the room and the service, during the two days I stayed there. We got a chance to do some shopping, enjoy the nightlife, and dine at several different restaurants. We loved our experience and discussed staying there again, sometime soon!

It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I was pleased. Did not have a complimentary continental breakfast. It was clean and comfortable, but nothing to write home about.

We found it to be located off the congested Hwy. 280, in a quiet area (even though it is next to the interstate hwy.) The access onto 280 and I-459 is very convienient. The room was immaculate, and despite having read someone else's bad review of the beds, we found the beds to be very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good but overpriced.

Room was ok. Fitness center needs to be updated and expanded. Front desk staff and breakfast staff extremely helpful and friendly.

Beds were very comfortable and staff was friendly. On-site restaurant only open for breakfast and there are no restaurants within walking distance. Great for business travel.

Courtyard Marriots are usually one of my preferred hotels, and initially this one seemed just like the rest...until I hit the bed. The bed was AWFUL. I woke up hurting during the night from the hard bed and lumpy pillows. Unfortunately, the bed is the main reason for getting a hotel room and if it's not comfortable I'm not about to stay there again. As for location while it was just a few miles from everything it was a little too far to travel after dark in a city I didn't know so I wasn't thrilled with the lack of convienence to even a store to pick up some water.

Clean. Clerk was not friendly. The hotel was clean and in a very nice secluded area.

Our room faced the interstate and even though we weren't in our room long after we checked in, you could really hear the traffic. The hotel is now 100% smoke-free and outside on the balcony, I found a Coke can that was used as an ashtray, probably from a previous guest. This told me that the maids don?t check the balconies when they are cleaning the rooms. Other than that, we had a good time and enjoyed out stay.

The only acceptable aspect of this hotel is the location. The room was filthy, the walls and sheets were stained. This hotel needs a complete remodel. Balconies! Was harangued by a clerk for leaving early in the morning. Nice place. A little ways from the main drag. A little confusing to get back on the highway. Rooms great.

Good location for my trip, and a comfortable room. The hotel is hard to find if you're not familiar with the area. The room was very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. Considering the price I paid for the room, I considered it avery good deal.

Quiet rooms. $10.95 for breakfast buffet. I spend approximately 140 nights/yr in motels, so I know a good motel from a bad one. I arrived with high expectations (Marriott has a big name). I was put into a room facing I-459, and the traffic noise was unbelievable. I went to the front desk, and asked for a room on the other side of the hotel. The girl there refused to move me. She told me no other rooms were clean (yeah, right!). I asked if the hotel would be full that night (thinking I could change rooms later), and without hesitation she said, Yes, we'll be full. When a new person came on duty later that evening, he let me change rooms with no problem, indicating that the hotel was nowhere near full. The girl I spoke with first lied to a paying guest to get out of doing a little extra work. This hotel did not have a microwave/refrigerator in the room (Comfort, La Quinta, etc. Do have them) which is a huge convenience to business travelers such as myself. Also, this hotel's breakfast was $10.95! The other chains where I stay offer free breakfasts. Further, the Internet service (not wireless!) was terribly slow. Much slower than my regular chains. To top it all off, I received an extra invoice for $1.60 for two telephone calls. Yes, when I checked, the prices were posted on the telephone, but I really thought that the policy of charging for telephone usage went out in the '90s. Overall, the room was terribly ordinary. It felt like Marriott was trying to soak me for every penny they could without trying to excel themselves. I'll go back to using my old standby, discount coupons for motel.

Convenient location. Cleaning crew did not understand English and did not follow instructions as to cleaning the room. Staff person informed us that the cleaning crew was new and did not understand English well enough to know what to do with the needed cleaning.
