The hotel was in a great location for what we needed. I rented a movie and it cost $16.99. That's ridiculous! The air conditioner did not work the entire time. The room was small and unlike any suite I ever stayed in before. Nothing special about this hotel. The towel bar came away from the wall and the room got terribly warm at night. We were on the second floor...all of the air seemed to be i the lobby. Probably would not stay there again...

The Courtyard Cleveland Willoughby is an excellent choice for business in Wickliffe, where you might find yourself taking a course, for example. Our work involved ABB, and the hotel is 2.5 miles away - very convenient. Breakfast was cooked and served, at a valid price (under $10) and far superior to free coffee and uninspiring Danish or the equivalent. Our previous stay had been 15 miles further away, by freeway. This was much more satisfying. No restaurant other than breakfast, but valid choices close, including good value from Damon's Grill next door.

Comfortable and in a good location. Very friendly. The room was very comfortable and the people at the front desk were especially nice and helpful. They remembered us and our group and always wished us a good day. They were helpful in directions.

The Concierge was helpful. Right next to the highway. The room was neat. The bed could have been a little bit more comfortable. Breakfast was expensive for two people.

The computer didn't work correctly andI used the local library comp, the pool was cold and the whirlpool extremely hot. The breakfasts were extra cost and no Sunday paper . The room phone was not working properly and was never fixed.

Front desk clerk was very helpful. The breakfast was overpriced! Breakfast was overpriced. Excellent rooms, great staff, good location, and wonderful pool. Guest room was clean, bed was comfortable, water was hot, parking was convenient, and check-in was quick. Had a problem with AC, moved me in a flash. Good experience.

This hotel looks like new - the staff was very helpful and gave us coupons to the roadhouse which was great! The hot tub didn't seem to be functioning at 100%. A great location on the east side of Cleveland, close to i-90 and easy to find. Hotel was clean, efficient, nice pool, and great staff. I would stay there again or recommend it to others.

Location. The hotel was very clean and pleasantly decorated. We thought that our stay included breakfast, which we found out that it did not upon check-in, but the breakfast we paid for was very good.

The hot tub was not working properly or someone forgot to turn the heat. It was like jumping into the pool water, it should of been over 100 degrees.

Clean sheets. Poor restaurant choices. This is a decent mid level hotel. The rooms are OK; they have HDTV's in the rooms. The local restaurants were below average.

It was located very near the highway, but not directly off so it wasn't loud or dirty but easy to find. It was further from the downtown area than I would've liked but it wasn't too bad. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area and gave us printed out directions to the downtown area- very helpful. Housekeeping didn't wake us in the hours of the morning to check if we were already gone. That is very annoying. The rooms were clean and they had a new flat panel TV in the room we stayed in. Conveniently located close to the highway but not directly off so it wasn't too loud or dirty, but easy to find. I would stay there again.
