I was greeted with a welcome letter from the hotel manager. They allowed a very late check-in and treated me and my son and niece very graciously. I was able to rest and my room was always kept clean and replinished with fresh towels and linens. I loved the cookies they provided when we returned from activities. The area restaurants were great and with-in walking ditance and the community was clean and beautiful. I would stay here everytime i return to the Cleveland area. I rteurned home rested and rejuvenated.

Marriott does a good job again - this is a nice small hotel, just off the highway. Getting there the first time can be a bit confusing, but once you've done it, everything is right there. I was very impressed with the friendliness of all of the staff, particularly the front desk. The hotel itself has a nice restaurant area in the lobby. The pool is tiny and way too hot for real exercise, and the fitness room is also small - but they are nicely done, like the rest of the property.

The staff was terrific, very professional and helpful. We did find a little residue from cleaning near the tub, but otherwise the room was immaculate. I would stay there again.

Good location. The room was nice size and the pool was nice. The lighting in the shower was to dark. No lunch or dinner in hotel. Pool was a little small. For the night we had a birthday party for my eleven year old daughter. Her friends had a great time swimming and spending the night. We would go back again.

OK...I have to say that this was not a terrible place to stay. It was a bit on the tired side but comfortable and reasonably clean. The staff was very friendly on check in. My issue was with the so called "complimentary" breakfast advertised in the reservation. Thank goodness we did not sit and eat and assume that what was in writing was true! When we checked before eating we were told this was a "online travel website thing" not a "Marriott thing" . The front desk staff not only would not honor what was in writing she did not want to even check on it. Amazing. We checked out without eating. Now, it could be that we just got the wrong person to help us...just double check if you are really intersted in having breakfast there.

Clean, roomy and comfortable with nice amenities. The toilet water was running. I lifted the top and put the hook back on to flush. Very satisfied with the experience. Check in and check out was uncomplicated. Rooms were well stocked and very comfortable. Loved the free lobby internet. Highly recommend for any type traveller.

The hotel was a great value. Nothing. The hotel was excellent. The rooms were relatively large. It had a hot breakfast on sight, pool, etc. It was one of the best values for a hotel that we have seen in a while.

Staff wasvery friendly. Room wasvery attractive and clean. The heater blower ran all night but the room never got very warm. Overall, very nice. I was pleased with my stay.

I liked the balcony, it was spacious, we requested two chairs to go out there, it was nice. No Bar on premises. The front deks was really helpful becauseI asked if there was a fridge in the room she said no, but then said we can put one in theer for you 5 minutes later the house man was at the door w the fridge. AlsoI asked him about the chairs for patio and he brought the chairs up and plced chairs on patio for us. Awesome serice!

Large rooms, clean, large HDTV. Breakfast was extremely expensive at $9.99 each. Except for the breakfast price, this was a very good hotel. It was clean with large rooms and a great large HDTV.

It was very clean and in fact felt new! Nothing. It was very clean and in fact felt new! Very spacious room with great desk set up. They even sent a fax for me- no charge! This was very helpful.

The beds are the most comfortable I've had. I can't think of anything. I am a huge fan of Courtyard by Marriott. The people are great, the beds are amazingly comfortable, and the locations are almost always right where we need them.

Decor, and it was clean and fairly quiet. Room flexibility. I traveled with my teenaged daughter, the hotel was almost empty and they had us in a room with one king bed. They would not switch us to a room with 2 beds even though the hotel was nearly empty.

Location, appearance, staff, rooms. Did not like having to pay $9.95 for breakfast. Great location, clean nice updated rooms and lobby. The staff was excellent. It deserves the other half star.
