everything was great. i was visiting my daughter and grandson for the weekend. every thing was very comfortable and freindly. i just wished they would have gave us a room with a balcony or porch so i could go outside and smoke.

Relax, comfortable, convenient location, good value for money, pleasant gardening and quick response of maintenance. No breakfast, but convenient to restaurants.

Hotel is in great shape, has just been renovated and it shows. The hallways and stairwells were even clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful and my room was very well cleaned each day. The bed was amazingly comfortable, the pillows were awesome as well. The pool was a little small for my liking but was very clean. The hot tub was very relaxing. The exercise equipment was a little dated but all the machines had TV's on them, which was a nice touch. Bring your own headphones though, theirs only worked on one side. Overall, one complaint I have is that breakfast was not free. You have to pay $11 for their buffet, but we just bought some doughnuts and were satisfied. Also, the vending machines had pop in them that were 5 months expired. The rooms didn't have microwaves or refrigerators in them, which I would expect for the price I paid. Other than that, this was a great stay for us. We traveled back and forth to Cleveland for the weekend basketball tournament and the distance was perfect, far enough away from the city but not too far from downtown. (15 minutes). We would definitely stay here again!!!

We always chose the Courtyard for years and we always get the same great quality. There is nothing thatI didn't like. It is located right by the mall and lots of great eating places, then you can relax at the pool and jacuzzi and work out room as well. I have met some very nice people at pool. As always the staffis the best and it is very clean and they are so very accommodating that is why we stay year after year. Also, my father and step-mom stayed there as I recommended it and they loved it as well.

Loved the pool being 5 ft deep. Toilet would not flush and after being told at front desk, nothing improved. The hotel was nice, but not entirely convenient for my needs. I did use the pool every day there and loved the availability. The beds were comfortable and the room nice. A little disappointed that our trash was not emptied one of the three days there and no extra shampoo/soap given for the third day-odd really. I have gotten to the place when traveling to use the products in the hotels because of air travel restrictions.

It had free internet. We could open the window for fresh air. Breakfast was expensive. Lavatory in with shower & stool. The hotel was clean. Continental breakfast was expensive. I prefer a bathroom that has the lavatory outside the shower and stool area. The window could be opened to obtain fresh air. No smoking throughout the entire hotel.

The location, nearness to shopping and restaurants was excellent. Wishing that it had complimentary breakfast. This is a typical Courtyard hotel. Rooms were good size, indoor pool and whirlpool great for families. Workout room had added plus of individual TVs on equipment. Only 1 computer in the lobby, but it did have free printing privileges. Only letdown for me was the lack of a complimentary breakfast.
