We visited for a wedding and enjoyed the proximity of our rooms to all of our friends. The bridal suite was large enough for all of the girls to get their hair done in it. The staff was very accommodating. We checked in at almost 11 at night because of wedding festivities, and we were granted ate checkout because of an evening flight. They watched our luggage and called us cabs throughout the weekend without any fees.

Convenient, with shuttle stop right out front to go to and from all the area attractions we were visiting. Only thing missing was a restaurant in the hotel and a DVD player in the room. The entire hotel and room was attractive, clean and comfortable. The staff was great getting us anything we wanted, and always pleasant. The transit had a shuttle that went by regularly and we utilized it to get to all the attractions we had planned to visit.Much easier than driving ourselves as we had planned. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

excellent room ,very friendly staff we are planning on going back next year

Very comfortable bed/pillow and good location. They told us since we had added an extra night, they would have to move us that night to a king room (two adults not related and three small children!). We were relieved that our original room was available for the last night and were very thankful. Nice pool and whirlpool but chlorine was very strong! Thank goodness it had restaurants close because the breakfast at the hotel was $10.95!

I had never been to Cincinnati, nor been in this hotel. I chose to stay here because it was somewhat out of the hustle, but easily accessed by interstate. It is VERY convenient to the city, and to the waterfront area Newport on the Levee. The staff is WONDERFUL! Very polite, overly helpful, recommending sites to see and directions. The young lady who checked me in gave me the room I requested, with a fantastic view of Cincinnati. There is a nice selection of snacks, drinks, quick breakfast items and, gasp, wine and beer in their concierge area. Prices are fine, and these little items helped me get on the go quickly, or relax quickly at the end of a long day. Only drawback would be the sound of the train going across the bridge into town, but being from southwest VA, this is something I hear all the time anyway, so it is not a bother. The room was very confortable. The bathrooms could stand to be updated a tad, but still all the amenities one would need. The public areas are updated and modern. The pool is a little small, but I didn't need to use it. I would stay here again. Good value for the price.

Convenience and great area. Too many fast food places.

Wonderful!!! The hotel is only 10 years old, and was renovated 4 years ago! The rooms are comfortable and smartly decorated. The staff is the best! They guided us through downtown Cincinnati when I-75 southbound was having TERRIBLE traffic. I have two kids and at hotels we need to have a nice pool, but this one was absolutely tiny. The breakfeast buffet was good. Would probably stay here again.

Good location. They would not give us a room with 2 beds

"The front desk staff were very accomodating to our request when checking in. The lobby is large and the room was very clean. One possible drawback is the train tressle very near, but it didn't disturb my sleep. Others it might, however. We walked to the Cincinnati Reds ballpark (about a mile), but there is a shuttle just outside this hotel that would transport you there if you didn't want to walk. Highly recommend this hotel."

This hotel was exceptionally clean as well as the staff. They were always cheerful and helpful. The pool and exercise facilities were clean and up to date as well as our room.

Great price for hotel with convenient public transportation to downtown. Rooms have one small window so overall dark.

The hotel location was not convenient. It was in a less than desirable part of town. There were drunks at the White Castle restaurant which is located directly in front of the hotel. The room was cramped. The hotel staff barely acknowledged my presence at check in and check out.

Excellent location. Nothing at all. Very nice hotel. Clean. Great value. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Room was great. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Location was excellent. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

Close to attractions in Newport. Not a family friendly hotel. My children like to play video games at night, the TVs in the room are so old, with no plug ins, they had to play in the lobby. We sang happy birthday to my daughter at 9:30 on a Saturday night, and 5 minutes later hotel security came to the room, and told us we were too loud. The swimming pool is about the size of a large bedroom. If you are a family with teens, and like to have a little fun away from home, look elsewhere.

The room was too bland.

View of the Ohio River and Cincinnati. No complimentary breakfast.
