Enjoyed the stay. It was hard to check in, because all the Cubs fans were buying Cubs/Reds game tickets. Easy to get to, with a nice local. Front deck was very helpful with direction to shopping and restaruants.

The toilet in our room did not work. We asked them three times to fix it.

Location was good. Hallway smelled like stale smoke. Air conditioner was noisy. Adequate lodging - its obvious that this is an airport hotel that flips guests often. Towels were thin and well worn, air conditioner was noisy and bed was not what is in other 3-star hotels. Both of my rooms were clean - I added a second night ahead of time but had to moved to a different room for the 2nd night. The lobby was very nice and all of the staff were friendly.

The hotel desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. More than was required or expected. No refrigerator in the room. The rooms and lobby were attractively furnished and comfortable. The staff was outstanding.

Clean! Everything was in working order. Computer with Internet in lobby was a plus. Crabby desk staff on Saturday. Previous day's staff was great! Nice pool. Clean rooms. So nice to have everything in working order (elevators, air conditioning, hair dryer, etc.)

Good location. Consistent Courtyard features. Parties not controlled. Restaurant not open on Friday and Saturday nights. The hallway reeked of smoke, and there was a group of adult athletes staying in rooms around me. They left their doors open and partied loudly late into the night. The front desk sent up security three times and things were quiet until security left. Not a good experience for someone who goes to bed early and rises early.

Loved having a balcony off the room. The breakfast buffet was overpriced and half the food was cold. Overall nice hotel, good location, clean. Food could have been much better.

Very close to the Cincinnati airport. The continental breakfast was an extra charge. This hotel was close to the CVG airport and the rooms were nice. With the extra charge paid for breakfast I could have paid for a nicer hotel with breakfast included.

Just a place to rest our heads - old/dirty looking walls and no complementary breakfast. I was a little disappointed in our assigned hotel, Courtyard at Marriott. It definitely was not worthy of the star rating given it. It looked like the maintenance was what they could get away with. In other words, it could've been a nice place but was not well cared for. The walls looked dirty and it made me wonder if I really wanted to stay there at all.

Easy to locate, and convenient to a great deal of places in the area. There was almost no atmosphere, just cold and very business-like. Not a bad place for a quick, overnighter, but if you are looking for a hospitality and an atmosphere of comfort, look elsewhere. If you only need a bed and shower for the night, then this is a very good choice. Clean and functional, but nothing more.

Very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We left our car there while we were out of the country and all was well when we returned. A shuttle picked us up at the airport which was very convenient. We will stay there again.
