Staff friendly and helpful. The room's were layed out oddly with poor use of space. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the hotel was clean but the lay out of the rooms were very odd. Our closet was long with only a two foot rack to hang clothing and the bed was pushed up with less than a foot between the bed and the closet. My mother and a small closet in a different location. We had a bar type area which would have been great with a mirror in the space where my mother had her small closet. There was a spot for a refrigerator but non in any of our 5 rooms. We had previously stayed across the parking lot at the Residence by Marriott and had a much better experience. We also had a complementary breakfast where here we had to pay $6.95.

Convenient near freeway. Pool was not out door and not many restaurants in walking distance. Great! Very friendly and safe.

The Courtyard is right off 99 for convenience but I paid the same price I paid when I stay in Union Square, San Francisco. Breakfast is not included. It's a nice room but very poor value.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, the room very nice. I really liked the low lighting that was available for ambiance. Liked everything.

This hotel was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. The balcony was really a big plus. The location was only like 3 minutes from the brewery. I would recommend this hotel. Another factor that was impressive is that they had their own store. That came in handy for after the concert that my friends and I went to.

It was really nice and everything was good quality. No fridge in room. We came to Chico for my 2 year old's surgery. He got sick in the car on they way to Chico and I loved that it had a washer and dryer available along with the soap and dryer sheets.

Bugs. After leaving the hotel my husband and I both had many bug bites on our body. The room did smell of bug spray. I called the manager and she would only say they were spraying to prevent bed bugs. She was not aware of any. I let her know we both had many bites.

Best, newest and closest hotel to the Silver Dollar Fairground for the Chico Wildflower Century. No room service. I was in Chico for the Chico Wildflower Century and the hotel allowed me to put my expensive Trek bike in my room. The staff was very friendly and it was a new hotel with the best location! The hotel was sold out! It was full of other participants for the Chico Wildflower.

The rooms where clean. The service was kind of bad. Well, first of all I have stayed at this hotel before. So I thought I would give it a try again. Only this time was way worse. The lady at the counter was kind of rude with me when I asked if the hotel had smoking rooms (they didn't) so I asked for a balcony room. I had to wait 20 minutes for the room to get cleaned, so I went around back to the sitting area to eat lunch and wait. Then they wouldn't let me inside through the back door after about 45 minutes. I guess the shifts changed and I never got my call. The second lady was more friendly and apologetic. Finally in the room was a nice stay, except that there was a guy walking around the roof part right outside the balcony so I decided to close the curtains. It was a pretty bad experience, and I doubt I will stay there again.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and nice. The hotel is right off the freeway and convenient to get to shopping, which is good. The staff was very fast and helpful. Even though the noise wasn't that bad, it was still there. And also, don't know why but someone knocked on the door at like 1 am and woke me up. Other than that its a very nice hotel.

The room was clean and spacious. I didn't have a problem with anything. I had an excellent stay, it went beyond my expectations. I will not only recommend it I would stay there again if in the Chico area.

Very helpful . Courtyard By Marriott seems to know what their customers want and expect. They have clean well appointed well decorated large rooms, even the bathrooms are large. It's about three miles from the school, but well worth the drive. Very near the freeway 99 exit.
