This property is one of the most conveniently located properties in Chicagoland. Centrally located between all the major Chicagoland highways, you can reach any highway within a five-minute drive. Located directly west of O'Hare, the airport is a 15-minute drive from the hotel. If exercise is a must, the hotel has an expanded cardio room featuring three treadmills, two ellipticals, and a stationary bicycle. Or just unwind in the hot tub or indoor pool. If gambling sounds fun, the Elgin Grand Victoria Casino and Arlington Park Horsetrack are both less than a half-hour from the hotel. Guests can enjoy the bar and restaurant, which serves dinner and drinks Monday through Thursday and a hot breakfast buffet seven days per week. Several area restaurants will deliver to guestrooms. The hotel also has three meeting rooms, a laundryroom, and sundry machines. Valet cleaning is available weekdays, and wheelchairs are available on request. Within easy access of all major area highways, the hotel is within minutes of the airport and popular Chigago destinations. Two of the most famous Chicagoland malls, Oakbrook and Woodfield, are within a 15-minute drive. We were in town for the 2009 Taste of Chicago. We decided to book a hotel with Courtyard by Mariott because it was classy and affordable. Since we were only staying for the weekened, we decided not to spend lots of money on a hotel room. Normally we would spend a little more money if we were staying for a longer period of time. We were able to commute to area stores ans restaurants within minutes of our hotel. It only took us about 30 minutes or so to get to downtown Chicago. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider booking through Orbitz again to make our hotel arrangements.

Nice hotel, was a good location for us since we had family in the suburban area near the hotel as well as family in Chicago. Not any resturants near this hotel. Breakfast Buffet was OK but expensive.

Room was clean, dry, and was equipped with iron and hair dryer. A mistake was made when our key cards were programmed for only 1 day instead of 2, forcing us to walk around the hotel to enter through the lobby. Very nice hotel. Clean. Quiet. Easy entrance/exit from Wood Dale Road.

First time I've stayed here. I WILL BE BACK. The only thing I was unhappy about was there was no shuttle service to and from the airport. $20 to the hotel. For going downtown - METRA is very close (five minute taxi) and safe.

This was a visit to family who lives about 20 minutes away. I was afraid it might be a little noisy, being close to O'Hare, but we never heard an airplane after getting inside. This has become our #1 choice for the Chicago area!

I would highly recommend this hotel. We stay there every time we travel to the Chicago area and have had a good experience every time we have stayed here. The hotel has a free shuttle to the nearby commuter rail station which is a very convenient way to travel to downtown Chicago.

The room was far more than what I could ever expected. From the bed to the desk, it had a home like feel to it. The only down point is just a small room layout defect. From the left side of the bed , the tv could not be seen. It truly was very cozy and comfortable.

staff was helpful. close to Schaumburg and Woodsfield which is what we were looking for. I passed right by it the first time. It's a little hidden from the road. We only stayed one night, but I was rather please d with it all around. I would stay there again.

We were recomended to this hotel by my friends Daughter and her Husband. It was only 15 minutes from the church where we were to go to for her grandsons' baptism. It was a short ride from O'Hare airport and close to the things we wanted to visit in Chicago. Like the Navy Pier. the only fault with the Hotel was that the resturant in house was not open in the evening, it may have been because they were remodeling the hotel. The staff went out of their way to make us welcome. We arived 5 hours before our scheduled checkin time of 1500 hrs. They went to great lenths to get the room ready for us. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone I know.

Had short two day visit to Chicago. Location was convenient, hotel was nice, room was very nice (I was able to turn off the AC and open a window at night). Hotel staff was very friendly. Would definitely use this hotel again.

They had my room and keys ready when I showed up. This hotel is not within walking distance of anything. This is exactly what you expect out of a courtyard Marriot. Not much flare. But really clean, updated, with a indoor pool and fitness area. Within a mile to the Wood Dale Metro Train Station so it convenient to go downtown. I recommend if you are wanting to go downtown.

Staff was courteous and helpful. High speed internet difficult to use. Could not order a movie and also had problem dialing local calls. Hotel is fine, however, they need to get their electronic house in order.

Nice pool and spa area to enjoy. Our room was not as clean as it could be. Except for the dirty sock on top of the lamp next to the bed that was in the room when we checked in and was still there when we checked out 2 days later, room was not thoroughly cleaned by housekeeping, we enjoyed our stay. The rest of the place seemed well kept and I would stay there again.

Very clean, excellent maid service! Blankets were a bit torn. Typical Courtyard Marriott. Location is roughly 3 miles from O'Hare airport so you may hear some jet noise. Nice common area with a big screen TV in the lobby. Very impressive maid service. They provide great newspapers as well.
