This was a great family vacation. Schaumburg is close to downtown Chicago. We loved going to Lego Land. If you eat at the RainForest Cafe first then the kids get into Lego Land for free. We are excited about our next trip to Schaumburg.

This hotel was very clean and the people were all friendly! There were no vending machines and they charge you for the buffet breakfast. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We had to pay for the breakfast buffet which caught us off guard, most hotels we stay in in is free. There were no vending machines, only high priced items available at the front desk. The water pressure in the shower was not very good.

Visiting Chicago to attend a friend's b'day party. Location was a little out of the way, hotel is tucked behind a restaurant and set a ways off the road. So you have to look for it. The hotel was clean, check in fast and friendly. All the desk staff were helpful. Hotel was spotless, floors shone, hallways well kept. Got a basic room on 2nd floor. Turns out I was on a floor with a group of teens, complained about noise to the desk and was upgraded to an Exec room the next morning. I asked for and got a complimentary fridge. I locked myself out of my room one day and they sent an employee up with a key for me! No running down to the lobby. Bed was comfy with fresh smelling white linens and lots of pillows. The toiletries were lovely, shower was excellent. Everything worked in the room. Wireless internet was free and easy to use. Curtains closed tightly, you could open the window if you wanted fresh air, the room temp was controlled by my own digital thermostat. Room was nicely furnished with small sofa, big work desk and a large TV that swiveled for easy viewing.Business center was nice! It had full internet access and a printer for boarding passes, etc. Didn't eat there, and do wish breakfast was complimentary. I didn't use fitness room. Only disappointment was the pool which was way too small to do laps or any kind of swimming. You could bob around in it, but that's about all. Overall I'd say it was an excellent place, unexpectedly nice for the price I paid. I will stay again, probably in a few months.

The location was perfect. The mall is just a couple blocks away. If you're going downtown, you can take the train or it's just about an hour drive (with traffic). The pool was a little small but it wasn't busy so we had a great time. The room was nice and clean. The hotel staff were nice and courteous. No problems at all. I would stay again. Only drawback was that they didn't offer complimentary breakfast which I am used to seeing at most hotels.

The room was clean, pool was great andstaff was very friendly. Everything was perfect at this hotel. It was very easy to check in, our room was beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay in this hotel again and again!

Overall we had a good stay, however, based on the info we got from this website we thought we would have a shuttle service to use during our trip. Once we got there, we were told the shuttle did not run on the weekend. We ended up spending a lot of money on cabs that we did not think we would need. We were misled. We could have stayed at the place where our conference was ( a much nicer hotel!) for less when all of the cab fares are added in!

For the price paid this hotel is an excellent value. The hotel opened in 2005 so everything is nice and uptodate. The rooms are very large and comfortable. It is located very close to IKEA the Woodfield Mall and is only a short drive from the CTA Blue Line which will take you into downtown Chicago

Very friendly staff. Pillows were too soft and smoke detector flashed all night. If going to a concert in Rosemont I would definitely come back. Nice place to stay after a long night.

Very friendly staff; good overall experience; hotel has nice indoor pool, weight room/gym; Clean well-kept common areas as well as rooms; Room has wired and wireless internet access that is easy to get onto; Only issue I had was that although the hotel material says continental breakfast, it is not part of the price.

Had breakfast buffet & it was wonderful. No bath tub. Nice patio area outside near pool.

We were visiting my wifes son who had just moved to Schaumburg. The hotel was close to his home and to points of interest. We took advantage of the Buffet option when making reservation and was that a good choice. Eggs made to order, waffles, french toast and lots of others. You can't go wrong with this hotel.
